I’ve owned 5 Acuras in the past some purchased from Smithtown Acura. I walked in to just glance at the new Integra and was greeted by Anthony Verderosa. From the very beginning it was a very stress free environment. I did not have much time on this visit but Anthony answered any initial questions I had. I called him to later that week to set up a test drive and start to talk $. Once I determined what color specs he coordinated the ordering. I was supposed to take delivery in sept but Anthony was able to work some magic and I took delivery on 8/5. Couldn’t be happier with the attention / customer service from day 1 and in love with the Integra. Highly recommend going to Smithtown Acura and Anthony will be my go to sales rep!!!

I bought a 2022 MDX from this dealer in June. I worked with Brian Gore. I live about 2 hours away, so we did all the paperwork through email/phone before I got there to pick up the car. Brian is quite efficient and made the transaction pretty smooth. I liked this dealer a lot as they only charge $75 Doc Fee (compared to $400-700 Doc fee charged by other Acura dealers in the Tri-state area), and they don't charge any bank fee for financing (the bank fee is kind of BS, but many dealers in the Tri-state area charge bank fee of $500-700). Also they don't have dealer pre-installed options on the car (for example VIN etching which easily add another $200-300). So without those BS fees, you are looking at $1000-1500 saving on the car you buy (we are not even talking about rebate/discount/incentive you get). I would recommend Brian and Smithtown Acura.

Brian is great. There's no games with Brian and Smithtown Acura like there at most other dealers. Negotiation is quick, painless and fair. There's not a lot of pressure or strong arm tactics. It's just a straightforward process, as simple as buying a car can be.
