EDIT: They contacted me Ready & Willing to Fix EVERYTHING!!!!! Devin & Mark are Wonderful! I found out they actually had to pull favors & strings to get me in my car! I Believe em my credit is Not Good! THEY DESERVE A 5!!!! I am super happy Devin got me financed! (I originally gave 2 or 3, My car had a Flat Tire (probly ran something over), something is wrong with the radio, & the car key battery is low!! I found paint chipping that I missed (my fault!😭) Most of these prolly ain't their fault!! I'm happy about getting a new car, I LOVE MY CAR!! Devin & Mark seem like Good Men & Devin helped me Get what I wanted & cud afford!!! Mark fixed ANY Complaints I had to Keep me Happy! Even days later👏👏👏👍😁😁👍

I’ve always been a customer of a different dealer in Newport News, but when I found this car at Hall Acura, I decided to take a chance and go see what they had to offer. Devin was fantastic during the test drive and all through the paper work process. Everyone that we dealt with were fantastic. Devin Sheldon was totally awesome, I took my daughter here 08/15/2022 to purchase her first vehicle. Josh was both professional and efficient in helping me find the right Escape after my nearly new one was totaled in an accident. Josh helped me find an Escape SE after I thought I needed an SEL. We found the right SE with all of the options that were important to me and my wife and I saved a little money too. After shopping for months and visits to some unfriendly dealers. Hall Acura was a amazing. Fantastic customer service. Attentive staff that answered all my questions. Devin is a fantadtic salesman and communicated with me for a few days. He helped me find the perfect car. The finance office was also great. Chris is a great guy. Funny, personable and and helpful.
