These guys and gals are true experts. I have rarely come into a dealership without know exactly what I wanted to buy and for how much, but this time I was looking for some advice and guidance. I had Matt T. and he took the time to chat with me about my preferences and experiences, shaping those into some excellent recommendations. I love the car I chose more and more every day. I almost never leave reviews, but I know that it can be stressful deciding with whom to place your trust. You can't go wrong with Matt and his teammates. They will take care of you. Took my car here to get a tire replaced and rear signal light replaced. Was on time for my appointment but my car wasn't actually worked on until an hour and a half later. Was there for like 4 hours and they didn't fix the signal light issue. Called the next day asked for the service manager but he was not there. Asked for a call back and did not receive one. The receptionist Mary is nice though that's the only good thing I have to say.

Casey always treats me professionally and kindly. After repairing a recent recall item they meticulously detailed my car. In spite of it being 16 years old, they gave me the courtesy of cleaning it inside and out to include rims and tires. With 211,000 miles and my three series still driving like a dream, I am definitely a motivated BMW owner.
First time using service department. Jason was good, but not very professional to my wife when called the wrong number and refused to give her details about the call. Also, my appointment for a state inspection was 1030, my car was not on the lift until 1130. And I did not receive my military discount on the parts I required. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.
Great service experience at a much more affordable price point compared to other local BMW Service Centers. My service advisor Francine S. was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledge, efficient and personable. Would definitely return here.
While my vehicle was in the shop, there was ZERO communication on what was going on from service. I was told “your car may be done, but if you’re coming to get sunglasses ask for the shop foreman. I have an appointment and won’t be here “ from a customer service stand point, I do not recommend AT ALL.I had to call and get an update on my car after being in the shop for 3 days and going into a weekend. But the work was completed so that is a plus and it’s running much better.
