Jeremy, Eli, Cameron, Mary, my technicians, and all the Service Department team members were amazing! I live in Edna, Texas and drive a Fiat. It was a saving grace to have this facility so close by because my car can be challenging to work on. Despite every adversity that seemed to arise, Jeremy stayed in constant communication every step of the way. When I gave the wrong card number to Mary, I called back and got Cameron who continued to display that same infectious, amazing, inviting customer support energy! Victoria Dodge really exemplifies customer support to the highest degree. The technicians, whose names I don’t know, thank you! You all did an amazing job restoring my baby and she runs so well! I really appreciate you all and I am grateful to have such an amazing team to care for my baby! Thank you all for all you do!

I can confirm one of the most recent comments with a very similar experience. I reached out about a truck with specific questions regarding financing options, trade in value, and pricing. I spoke with a Tiffany multiple times who assured me that everything I was looking for and needed would be available and I quote "no problem at all". I did all this to prepare and be certain before making the 2 hour drive from San Antonio to Victoria. I even spoke with Tiffany again the following morning before driving out and she once again assured me that the vehicle was still available & everything was good to go. Upon arrival and after spending more than an hour with a different associate to which Tiffany handed me off too, the official offer I received for my trade in vehicle was even lower the online quote I received, and the financing options that I was seeking and told was available was suddenly not. The general manager came to speak to me telling me there was a misunderstanding, and I assured him there was not. That I spoke with their manager multiple times within the past 24 hours, with specific questions, and received specific answers or I would not have made the trip all the way day there to waste my time or theirs. There was no accountability from anyone or at any level, the associate never even came back to face me, and Tiffany never showed up after handing me off in the first place. I would never return to this dealership, and wasted an entire day, not to mention my gas, time, and vacation hours taking off from work to make a pointless trip.

Very disappointed with our experience with this dealer. We were told they would hold a vehicle for us with $1000 down. Card in hand. They said no don't worry about it, we will hold it. Drove 2 hours from San Antonio to Victoria just to find out they had sold it. Prices online are not correct, they mark up several items. The "value your trade" option online is also not accurate. They offered much less than KBB value and we have two much higher offers. Mislead, lied to, wasted time. Don't bother. They make the website look good to get people to drive there.

I would give this negative stars if possible. We called in advance to confirm the truck and price with the sales manager then made an appointment. We had to drive over an hour to get there and upon our arrival the salesman said they can't sell it for the advertised price. The truck is now starting over 23k more than the advertisement. When I told him this was the bait and switch he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry couldn't do anything about it. We left without a desperately needed truck and are finding a more honest dealership to give our money. Do not recommend.

Great place to do business with. I drove about 8 hours round trip to purchase this used vehicle, it was the color I was looking for and most of the aftermarket stuff, lift and wheels and tires, which is quite a few thousand in extras. They are going through everything on it and one of the best parts of the deal is they are delivering the vehicle to me. I don’t have to make another road trip, at least until I see something there I want to buy again. Nice place, good people.

John Garcia at Victoria Dodge Chrysler and Jeep is hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. He ensured I was comfortable the whole time as well as actually listened to what I was asking for. He keeps his for customers best interests first and gets it done, better than what I could even imagined.

We purchased our son's first car here and it was such an easy and fast process! We found the car online and drove away in it the same day. Thank you!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service of the sales department. I contacted the dealership for a used truck based on the internet price. I had my pre-approval from my bank and ready to buy. Drove an hour and half for them to add 3,000 dollars unless I financed thru Chrysler. Salesman claimed the fine print of any other dealer fees assessed is why they could do it. I do not object to their “preventive” items that was about $1,650. I showed the salesman the internet price and they would not remove the $3,000. Why not be honest and show all items up front? Plus, this was a used vehicle not new and “incentives” were not shown.
