Where do I even start? So a bit over a year ago Leo Martinez sold me my first car it was a 2021 Toyota Corolla le, me and my family go to Leo for all our car wants and needs. I’ve been in a couple vehicles since my Corolla but last month Leo helped me seal the deal on my 2020 Dodge Charger V8 and I couldn’t be happier. I’m always keeping my eyes peeled for cars on the lot to inquire about with Leo but after this V8 HEMI and countless hours and the constant times going back and forth to and from the finance office to get me the payment I WANTED, HE GOT IT DONE!! He’s gonna have to wait awhile now before the next sell! Lol Thanks Leo so much for all you’ve done, it’s true what you say “the hardest part is showing up!”

TRAVELERS BEWARE! ADVERTISED PRICE IS ONLY IF YOU FINANCE THROUGH THEM. Do not let them rope you in to driving over there to make a deal without knowing this. Drove over 3 hours because Mark (? manager) said he could make the deal happen and that they would even work with us on the price. They advertise no market adjustment on their website, and they re-assured me that there are no market adjustments. We drove over after work and not only could they not meet me on the price I had discussed with Mark, but they wanted $3,000 above their advertised price if we used our own financing. That is an over 12% mark-up. Despite talking to them multiple times, they did not let me know this before I traveled over there. Since the used car was above what we were willing to pay for it, I asked about a new car they had listed and he said the list price was before dealer add-ons also. They had no consideration for all the trouble we went through. I understand the market is in their favor right now, but treat people right and be honest and transparent. I expected more out of Toyota of Victoria. Sadly, I was disappointed. Like others, I wish I had read the reviews before traveling.

She kept me informed and was always completely upfront with me. She was my only contact from dropping the Tundra off until they delivered it back to me. They do not make employees like this anymore. I walked in looking for a salesman, and low and behold I found Leo just walking back from his lunch! He was happy and eager to help me right away! He was very helpful and knowledgeable with every answer to my questions. In fact, because of him I was able to make a well educated guess in deciding the car to purchase! Because of salesmen like Leo, I now glide on every turn and fly down Navarro (under the speed limit of course) A++ 5/5 and he even bought me a coke. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I fairly liked my first car buying experience here. I walked in just to inquire and walked out with papers signed. Michael Samudio was very pleasant to work with. The paperwork was transparent. I got the vehicle faster than Amazon sent me the seat covers for it! Micheal even called me to see if I had any questions about the car after the sale. I really appreciate how easy they made buying a car!
A Mostly Agreeable Opinion
First time visiting was fine, but the call the next day with the GM is the reason for the review. I told him what I was willing to spend on the type of car I wanted. He argues that's not possible and tries to sell me on the car with over 3k mark ups. Hell no. He proceeds to try to sell me on another type of car after I stated that there was only 1 type I'm going to purchase and if that's not it, there's nothing else to discuss. The tone and attitude of the GM quickly soured and he essentially begins to argue and belitte my decision and ridicules my reasonable budget of 30k. I told him that he was borderline insulting me and my money for not choosing to overpay at their dealership. The financing rate was also terrible and was already beaten compared to my credit union. The conversation was very unprofessional and I would never do business with a dealership who has a superiority complex over their customers. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I definitely will. Also, Toyota, don't bother answering to the review, there's no excuse for bad manners.
