First off I don't do reviews normally. But we walked away from here happy. Paul Byro was our salesman and he did an awesome job asking us questions to figure out what we were looking for and getting us the answer to our question. We went out to eat after words and we both said it was one of the best experiences we have every had at a dealership. Paul did an awesome job taking care of us while we waited to do paperwork. They were slammed with a lot of people. The team worked very well together. The atmosphere was awesome and they made us feel like we were at home. Can't wait to do business with them again.

My fiancé and I recently purchased our first car together and everyone we worked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made it an easy and stress-free experience. I worked with Jordan Sullivan and as soon as I walked through the doors and sat down he had already known what I wanted in a car. He pulled the car up and had everything rolling so fast for me. Came here to have some work done on my vehicle as it was the only place I could get in last minute and boy am I glad I did! I have been to many shops through the years but never with the customer service I received at Tom Kadlec. I was kept up to date on the process via text/calls the whole time and the staff were extremely friendly. While I didn’t need the waiting area, it was nice to see I would be comfortable waiting here in the future if needed, as I will definitely be back! Lots of comfortable seating, areas to plug in personal electronics, refreshments, and multiple TVs. Next time my car needs work, my worries will be lessened knowing I can come here!

We cannot thank Tom Kadlec enough for such a great car buying experience! We have had horrible experiences in the past and this by far was one of the best and easiest processes we’ve ever had ! Our salesman, Akhil, was incredible!! He was extremely transparent and that was very much appreciated! Great guy!! Garrett, in finance was also great! Again, he was very transparent and that means a lot! There were some issues that had to be fixed and they knocked it out of the park! Amazing job fixing the areas that needed to be fixed. We were in the market for a new SUV and had been challenged finding the right vehicle as we had very stringent buying criteria. Our Sales Rep Bryce did an amazing job helping us hunt for and save time finding just the right vehicle. Garrett did an amazing job with price negotiations and financing. We had a great buying experience at Tom Kadlec, our sales person Santiago was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and courteous and had the vehicle already warmed up for a test drive when we arrived! I would highly recommend Santiago for any vehicle needs, and also Waylon in the service department. Both gentlemen gave top notch customer service!!
