I brought my BMW i3 Rex with Terra world package in for a diagnostic because the airbag light was on. Their diagnostic said it needed a szl module. I was charged $220 for a diagnostic and put the $1,500 szl module service on hold. I took the i3 to another service station and had a second diagnostic done. The diagnosis said the airbag needed encoding to relink it to the szl module costing $138. That was done and the airbag light is now off. I contacted Tom Bush BMW, the $220 for the faulty diagnostic was refunded. This dealership has excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will go there again.

My husband and I went to bmw recently to get his vehicle fixed. Our experience was not a great one. We dealt with Clem who was welcoming at first. My husband went because he vehicle kept shutting off once and a while and to fix the problem that is causing the check engine light to come on. My husband had to ask for a rental while they work on the car which was not offered to him. Long story short. Clem was more concerned about returning the rental instead of finding out the problem. Clem never mentioned to Gm what the original complaint was about but kept calling my husband for the rental telling him he can no longer keep rental, mind you my husband is disabled which you can visibly see. Clem did not care about helping him get the the vehicle fixed, he was more concerned about Losing money on a rental. Not only is the check engine light still on, this is how we found the trunk once we got home. The rest of the staff was amazing but Clems constantly calling my husband about the rental before the car is even fixed is unacceptable. Not a great experience at all!

OUTSTANDING! Ryan Meyer, Aiman (Lt. Col, USAF Ret) Douglas, and George were superb professionals. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, funny and understanding. His sincerity and accommodating demeanor really made a difference and it was because of his quality customer service I bought the Audi Q5! Mr. Douglas has a very jovial personality and his common sense approach allowed me to consider safety options that otherwise I could have overlooked. I wish I could give -00000 if I can I have very bad experiences many times with both Atlantic BMW and orange park BMW service centers they just need money but do not give the service at all I can also say they do charge you 10 time more than the service done at places like Costco … when ask for refund they ask you for the parts, which service center will give the parts back we never ask the BMW service center for the replaced parts too Just we TRUST,BMW SERVICE CENTERS JUST CASHES THE TRUST OF CONSUMERS EMPTYING THEIR POCKETS$$$$$$$ I have to call several time to schedule the appointments and wait time 3-4 hours, this time the manager said we are very busy for thanksgiving you can do it somewhere else I told him the tire valve stem and sensor is replaced by you guys so why do I need to pay outside to get it done for the parts which you have faulted in the service… We gave them enough excuses not writing on what we went through, but it’s out of the box as we ignore to speak out this may happen to many others too…. service provided with the correct value of cost is appreciated always but because your BMW those 3 letter should not cost money from coustmer pocket… I’m scared to step into their service center for any further they always come up with issues to charge you when the car is out of warranty…! Really unhappy When you call parts they say you some price and then when it’s check out time the due is something else they also say we gave 10% off the labor charges and on and on….This time I’m talking an Action for sure
