Thomas Acura: Acura Dealership serving Covina

Had my spark plug services on Friday, as I walked out, the service person reassumed that I have no problem with my car. 2 days later my car suddenly has every signal lights flashing one after another and eventually all at the same time, and gas indicator and RPM going up and down by the second, all of it while I was on the freeway. I mean this has never happen to me before, especially it is right after the service performed when they told me everything is fine. IT IS Horrifying!!!

I had a pleasant experience at Thomas Acura. It was my first time bringing my car to this dealership for service. I brought my car here for a factory recall, which was taken care of with no problem. Gus, Simon & Raquel did an outstanding job assisting, describing in detail the car, the services and options available to us. This is our second time since 2004 that we purchased an Acura from Thomas. We had purchased a 2017 from another dealership in the past and always had it serviced with Thomas Acura because of the attention to detail they provide and upfront advise on what services were needed and not needed. We will continue to use there services for all required maintenance because we trust them. Wow, great experience with Ryan as our salesman and Raquel in financing. Definitely the best car buying encounter I’ve ever had. These two are the dynamic duo. Also, thank you to Alan for hooking me up with these two. It’s because of Alan I switched from Metro (Booooo) to Thomas Acura. I will drive the distance to do business with these 3. I would totally recommend this place for anyone who has an Acura that needs service. Great customer service. Shout of to Alan Tse. Very straightforward, honest, and addresses any concern I have about my car. He has help me with a few things on my car before when I did not get the same kind of attention at another dealership.

The service department in Thomas Acura provided very professional services for my visit, especially Jimmy. He addressed my concerns and gave updates in a timely manner while I was waiting, including a video update on my vehicle. I highly recommend this Thomas Acura service department.

Always a pleasure to come in and have my MDX serviced by these wonderful techs and the service advisors which I know by name are great to deal with always upfront and honest never the run around they give the best pricing as well even though everything is going up cost. The receptionist/billing are very well organized and always prompt in getting you out and as a courtesy my car is always washed which is a extra perk we did at my family shop that just gives attention to customer satisfaction. I used to be in the repair industry as well until a recent career change and I can guarantee they are very above average they have a standard to meet and boy do they. Thank you Thomas Acura staff
