I was truly amazed with Sunnyside Acura in Nashua! I called originally to just inquire about the availability of a specific vehicle and what the ordering process might look like (as cars on lots are hard to come by these days). The reception desk connected me with Julia Gould, and I couldn’t have gotten luckier. She told me the exact car I wanted was on the lot, and after having waited 4 months for a another vehicle I ordered from another dealership (without an update), I told her I had the next day off and could come to see it. She was supposed to be off that day, but came in *at the specific time I said would work best for me* and made me feel like it wasn’t a burden in the least. After the test drive, I told her the options I wanted to add. She wasn’t overly pushy trying to sell me on things I told her I didn’t want, and made the process not only painless, but fun! I called the dealership on a Thursday afternoon and drove away with my new car, options installed, 4 days later on Monday. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. Julia, especially, made me feel like she truly valued my business, which is more of a rarity in today’s world. Thanks Julia, and thanks Sunnyside Acura! Just wanted to take a moment to share an awesome experience I had at Sunnyside Acura this past weekend. After numerous dealers, and what felt like months of looking at cars, I was finally able to purchase something new with the help of Julia and Yaz. The entire process was completed in a single day, mind you with no appointment, their customer service was excellent, and overall the numbers were fair. We were able to come to a deal rather quickly and with absolutely no games. I strongly would recommend Sunnyside and personally plan on returning in the future. We had excellent experience with Sunnyside, the building is pretty new, and well decorated compare to other branches. Jennifer has been working with us to make decision. She’s nice, professional , and knowledgeable about the cars, always did her best to make sure we are comfortable with the cars and answered all the questions we had with patience. I don’t feel the urgent she’s pushing me to buy the car, all she does was to make sure we know what we want. Besides, she’s very responsive about any of the needs we have (we need the car urgently, she did everything she could and got us the car). I would highly recommend Jennifer if you ever comes to Sunnyside!

After a few rough experiences from other dealerships in the area I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Sunnyside acuras used car division! Although I didn’t end up purchasing the car I inquired about Patrick & the rest of the team made sure I was completely taken care of and found me a car under reasonable terms that I ended up loving.
