Yesterday I picked up my new car from Sun motor BMW. It was a great experience, this is the third car I picked from them and there is a reason why I go back to them. It is always a great experience with them. Working with Kyle Smith was a wonderful and pleasant experience. As I ordered this car online and it was a long process, Kyle was always very prompt to reply to my questions and address any concerns that I had. Thanks.

I recently purchased a 2011 328i x-drive from this dealership. These guys were amazing especially given that this was not a 'high-ticket' sale. They were really knowledgeable, friendly, and welcomed lots of questions. Ironically, within a couple of days of looking at the car, right before we had a chance to close the deal, BMW issued a recall and the car could not be sold. It took 3 months for BMW to supply the replacement part. Kyle Smith, our sales rep, kept me updated regularly on any new news about the part. Since we lived out of state, they even sent a new 7 series to the airport to pick us up and take us to the dealership. Now that's customer service! If you're in the market for a BMW and want to work with some honest, kind, and professional people who take pride in what they do, this is YOUR dealership!

I had a great experience buying my 6 series here. Scott was awesome. I had a complicated situation since I had totaled my previous car, had drove 4 hours to get to the dealership, and had a car to trade in. Scott was happy to help despite all that, I was offered a fair deal on my trade in, and I was able to get the new car the same day. I am very satisfied with the experience!

My BMW 328 broke down on a trip, near Harrisburg Pa; the water pump quit. Calling around, I found that other shops were back- logged or didn't fix BMW's. A lady at Sun BMW said if I could get towed and come in next morning they would see what they could do. They went to work on my car early, gave me a ride to diner while I waited, and had my car ready to go by noon. The shop had a pleasant waiting area with coffee - the staff were courteous and helpful. I was very relieved to get going with minimal delay.
