Samantha was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, honest, and caring. She went above and beyond to secure my desired car. She was so great to work with, the next day I came back and bought her lunch.

Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. I’m super happy with my experience and brand-new baby. Thank you!

We went to look at the Acura MDX at the Springfield Acura. The associates at the dealership were very welcoming and friendly. They were well informed and helped us understand the different options available. Carlos took us for the test drive and explained the features very well. My experience with Acura was great from the moment I walked in, till the moment I walked out with my RDX 2022..
