Michael was an amazing sales person! I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the vehicle and they were very understanding about my needs. They were very accommodating and tried their best to get me what I needed. If you are in the market for a Honda, I recommend you stop in here! This was the first, but definitely not the last time I will be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Emilio Silva was an incredible salesperson. He treated me as if I were family. He has been at SILKO FOR YEARS I cannot believe he hasn’t been promoted yet. I’ve just purchased my second car from Silko, the third in my household. The experience at Silko is superior to my experience at other dealerships. During this process I visited other dealerships closer to my home, but felt pressured, disrespected or turned off by high ‘market adjustment’ fees added onto their vehicles. At Silko, I communicated by email and phone with the internet sales person who was up front, provided full pricing and set my appointment. Upon arrival I was fortunate to have worked with Pete, he was patient, informative and funny! I got the car I wanted at a fair price and without pressure. Also a shout out to Juan, the most personable finance guy there is!

Everyone was super respectful, knowledgeable and honest! They (Tom and Brooke) helped with my questions online before ever going to see and test drive the car. Finance was thorough in explaining all the documents and took care to have all documents filed with RMV and insurance immediately. Car was ready to go the next morning. Big shout out to Rick Santos. Very patient with my questions. Thank you! Silko Honda will be getting all my business and I will be recommending them to my friends!

DJ was a fantastic salesman. He was honest, gave great selections, worked hard to ensure I got the vehicle that I wanted. Provided great communication and finance team was courteous and straightforward. Would definitely recommend Silko Honda to anyone buying a car!

Bought a car at Silko in 2015, and the whole experience from sales to financing to service was a disaster. I swore I would never step foot in Silko Honda again—until today. All of the people I dealt with in 2015 no longer work there, and the people there now are fabulous. Stan in sales and Stacy in financing made the buying experience a breeze, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. No games, no lies—just excellent customer service. My husband and I are very happy we went back. We will definitely do business with Silko again!

This is a good and honest dealership. The entire staff has always been professional and courteous! In the 2 years they’ve been servicing my vehicle everything has been perfect. If they even make the smallest mistake THEY OWN IT and make it up to you. They value their customers and it’s obvious. Great dealer, highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE. The advertised price is not the sale price. Found this out the hard way. The “adjusted sell price” on the car I was interested in turned out to be almost $3k higher due to certification fee and vehicle prep fee. Very misleading tactic. I understand there’s always a “doc fee” but these other fees should be included in the advertised price. Drove an hour to find out their pricing wasn’t competitive. Post the real sales prices! Sales guy Peter was a bit of a bright spot. He was nice and low pressure. Keep it up Peter!
