My husband and I had a very positive experience this week as we bought our Acura TLX from JJ at Shottenkirk Acura. JJ was awesome! He was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We highly recommend JJ! He was very pleasant and easy to work with and made the whole process fast and simple. Andrew in the finance department was also very helpful.

I bought a new RDX in June 2021. I previously owned a 2015 RDX. I never once had any issues or worries with it. I also had an excellent experience with Chad Bohannon and the customer service department The new 2021 RDX is nothing but luxurious, easy to drive, spacious and high quality. I love my Acuras!!

We purchased a new 2023 MDX in August 2022 from Jonathan (JJ) Jones, and had a very smooth experience. Our chosen vehicle was in their pipeline for delivery, and arrived in a timely manner. Paperwork and delivery was straightforward and comfortable, and Jonathan was very knowledgeable, able to easily answer all questions, and pleasant to work with.

Beware of their hidden fee. I understand that you have doc fees but once I got out the door price. They had added a doc fee of $749.50 which is normal but it was also a whopping non-negotiable for $2,955.00 for total care plus. When I ask about this fee she said it was to recondition the vehicle to sell and it was nonnegotiable. It was on every auto new or used. In the line of work that I do I have never heard or seen this before. Very disappointing!

My husband and I drove from Gadsden to Huntsville to test drive an RDX we saw online and fell in love! Our salesman Andrew Austin was great and gave us all the information we needed and answered all the questions we had. Andrew and the Finance Manager Kennie worked to get our rate and payment right where we wanted and even delivered our car to us!
