Just bought our first BMW and we worked with Ken here. He was professional, responsive, and very attentive. Due to this crazy pandemic world we live in now, there weren’t many in-stock choices, but we were still able to test drive multiple SAVs to experience their differences. Service is superb! Kari is amazing..so friendly and efficient! I appreciated Nate’s video of his examination and explanation of his findings after inspecting my vehicle. Prices were fair and I feel confident that my car was completely checked over and is in excellent condition. Considering my bill was close to $2000 I am somewhat disappointed that even though the outside of the car was washed the inside was not vacuumed and the windows and interior upholstery were not cleaned either.

My first experience at this dealership and I was quite impressed. Gregg was awesome to deal with. Very friendly and professional. He was patient and answered all my questions, helped/taught me what most all of the features do, how they worked and we even got into some customization stuff. He really took the time until I was comfortable with my new BMW. Paige was awesome as well. Very friendly and made signing all of the paperwork a breeze.. quick and painless! I will definitely be going back for future purchases!

They refused to do an alignment on my BMW X3 because the tires were worn out. I have brand new tires in my garage waiting to be installed. Now because of their "safety" policies I will be forced to drive 3000+ miles with my old tires on a trip next week! How is that making me safer is beyond me! I am NOT going to put tires for $1500 on the car until alignment is performed since I had suspension work done recently. The manager did not respond to my complaint. It seems the customer is no longer important and is not allowed to take decisions regarding his/her own vehicle and money! In response to the owner: yes, I have been a loyal customer to Sewickley BMW for more than 15 years and I have brought my BMWs on many occasions in the past. My last visit was on June 10th 2022 for my 2013 BMW X3 (see the attached invoice) and your dishonesty only supports my decision to take the long trip to Bobby Rahal BMW even though it's way more inconvenient for me.
