I’ve had some experience with the General Manager since then, and he was helpful, impressively responsive, and gave me his personal cell phone number. In following up with him, he responded to an email within minutes, even though he was out of the office for a few days. It’s clear the customer experience is valued at the top, and that impacts everything. This is where I'm going for my next vehicle, and I highly recommend this dealership.

have purchased a lot of cars in my life. This was actually my first time buying from here. I am more then impressed with this team! Brian and Todd did an amazing job finding me the perfect vehicle. The financing department was outstanding. I went in with what I thought was the best percentage rate possible but they where able to get it 2% lower. As long as this team is there I am a customer for life.

Cancelled my previous order with another dealership and went with these guys instead!!! Came in one day saw what I liked picked it up the next! David greeted me and showed me the rubicon - he had a great route for the test drive and showed me some features. I also got to meet Jake who helped close the deal! Super friendly approachable guy , keep it up as the new GM! And my favorite person there was definitely Allan!!! Allan knows his shhhhh, he was sooo sweet and his vibe was just immaculate!!! I just want thank the staff at Ron Tonkin Dodge from lovely lady Lyn Sanchez who made this process awesome. Also the two managers who I came in contact with John Moore and Jason Lent who both made me feel at home . It’s not everyday that you feel real comfortable spending a great deal of money in a dealership, but the people that represent this dealership are so different. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 and I love it , next up is a Jeep 4 door Rubicon so I will be seeing Lynn, John and Jason again!! And again thank you for making this such a wonderful experience 😎🙏

I purchased my vehicle new from Ron Tonkin Dodge and since then have had all my regular service done here. I recently had warranty work done and it couldn't have been a better experience. They communicated what needed to be done and were quick to make the repairs. They even provided me with a loaner car while the work was being done.
