The Service Department at Rensselaer Honda did an excellent job replacing my brakes, battery and oil change. Getting my car road worthy for the winter. They kept me informed at all times about what needed to be done and the cost. I used their valet service, which I highly recommend it your car is going to be tied up for an extended period of time. My car was picked up from my house at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM. I was able to go about my day.
I work with an extended warranty company, and we get calls from this dealership all the time. The person I speak to most would be Jeanette, she is always so sweet and we have genuine conversations about how each-other is doing, I love catching up with her and seeing what’s new. Recently bought my Fit after lease was up. Contacted my original sals rep, Mike Williams, who told me exactly what I needed to do and bring with me to accomplish this. Every thing was explained and done quickly and easily. Brought my car for service and inspection last Friday. I do choose to wait but there are two comfortable waiting areas, one with a water bowl, biscuits and toys (they are dog-friendly and I had my pup with me) and the other with snacks and great coffee. Service rep, Jason, explained list of what was done. All in all, a pleasant experience.
Jeanette Murphy was very professional, and went above and beyond in helping us in our time of need late in the day on a Holiday. We had mechanical trouble on the road and made our way to nearby Rensselaer Honda. Prompt attention and expert service the next day was very appreciated. Great service! I drove to the dealership before my return trip home to Cape Cod. My tire pressure was low. They took me right away, found a screw in one the the tires, fixed it and checked all the fluid levels. I was happily and safely on my home to Cape Cod. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant.
I have been a customer of Honda for over 12 years & I have never had a bad experience. On this visit I had a screw in driver side rear tire. I called the day before & they squeezed me in & plugged it while I waited approx 45 min. The staff is always very friendly & knowledgeble, as well. Very happy customer😊
Excellent service: My service technician, Jason, was very helpful in reviewing and explaining the maintenance and repair options. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and we also reviewed the status of other items checked on the car. Overall, am very satisfied with how I was treated and the quality of service provided.
