Best of all, he asks questions and gets to know his customers as people and as a family, to then assess what is in your best interest. He worked diligently to ensure we got the best deal possible and was relentless in working with his sales manager Fabio, to ensure we left as happy customers. Very pleased with our new car. Loved how quick the process was. Our sales Associate Humberto was tremendous help, it’s unbelievable how quick and easy it was to lease our car. Absolutely loved the attention and care from him to us. He made sure we left the dealership knowing how to function the new system correctly. Absolutely IN LOVE with my new 2022 MDX S Type Advanced!! Humberto Cruz is the top of the line when it comes to his craft. He’s extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed and special from the start. After finishing the paperwork he personally sat in the passenger seat with me to walk me through all the features and set up my Acura link. He even left an open invitation if I had any additional questions to call him personally once I drove off the lot. The car is of course stunning and I’m extremely happy with it but I can’t imagine finding/purchasing this beautiful car without Humberto’s help and exceptional customer service!

I was greeted and helped by sales consultant Jose Diaz from walking into the dealer he greeted me right away and was a very good person to work with made the process fast and easy and was not pushy at all and was very patient with me when I was thinking about whether or not I was going to do the deal.at the end I decided to get the car and after that it was a quick and easy process. The sales managers and finance managers were also very kind and got me the best deal possible and I commend them for that as well. They make you feel comfortable and are just overall very pleasant to work with will 100% recommend to others and in the future will be purchasing again from them.

I do not enjoy the car buying process at all, but Open Road Acura of Wayne managed to make the experience pleasant. The whole process was smooth and quick as soon as Sales Manager Iris became involved. She was able to quickly understand my needs with very little explanation and adapt the service to accommodate. Jessie and Jean also assisted me and were great. The rest of the employees at the dealership seemed friendly but not pushy. Today, I purchased the 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec from the Open Road Acura of Wayne. I was helped by Nahel Sabla, she was very knowledgeable about the different MDX models and she was also transparent about the availability of the vehicles. She was very personable and did not pressure me to buy. This definitely was the quickest dealership experience I have ever had. I was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours which has never happened to me while purchasing a vehicle. Nahel has received the silver and gold council of sale excellence and I can see why! I would definitely recommend family and friends to buy a vehicle from her or this dealership.
