We have been used this Acura service for years. Folks are friendly and service is great. When we finally decide to trade in our old Acura car for a new car, after comparing with other dealers, we finally chose Northeast Acura. Dan spent a lot of time showing and comparing different car models, explaining the different packages and options to us. Later he also frequently kept us updated with the new car delivery delay due to the chip shortage. We really appreciate his patience, passions and assistance. We finally received our 2022 new model car this week. Dan and Rachel helped us complete the trade-in process and financial process. It was a smooth and great experience. We love our new car!We will continue using Northeast Acura for our go-to place for my new car.

One or the best and easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX type S which our salesman David Venezia helped us through the entire process when he told us it was his first month selling cars we couldn’t believe it. Just purchased a 2022 Acura RDX. Went to the dealership to compare this vehicle with other brands we had test driven. We loved it immediately, even though we were a little intimidated by all of the technology and features that we were not used to. However, our salesperson, Brooke Wilson , eased all our fears. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and didn’t pressure us. We may not have purchased this vehicle if it hadn’t been for Brooke’s ability to make a connection with us and make us feel comfortable. Days after the sale she is still in contact with us to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. This was an overall easy and pleasant car buying experience.

I have been with Honda for many years and very pleased with their reliability so I decided to upgrade to Acura. My product specialist, Joe Borowski, made my buying experience pleasurable and hassle free. Joe and team made me a fair offer on my Honda Pilot and moved me into an Acura MDX Type S. Joe was fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable. Rachel and Anthony had the financials all taken care of in advance so all I needed to do was sign and drive away on the day I picked up the new MDX. I bought a 2008 Acura TL in2010 from Northeast Acura and it lasted until now(actually still runs great). But it was time to get something new so I decided to get the 2022 RDX. My sales associate was Joe Borowski and he was the best. He answered all my questions and phone calls. He made sure I knew all the in's and out's of my RDX and was not bothered when I showed up with more questions. Love my new car and if you need to purchase one seek out Northeast Acura. Everyone is great from the sales, financing and service department. You are treated like family every time.
