The entire team was very responsive and helpful in purchasing my new car. Earl answered all of my questions, even on his day off. Beth had my paperwork in order and made the closing flawless. Ryley was very knowledgeable in the BMW Genius aspect and walked me through all of cars’ functions. Highly recommend purchasing through Laurel BMW of PA.

I’ve used this service twice now and both times the customer service, tech service, and communication were outstanding. They make sure they understand exactly what you want done with your car, review pricing up front, call if there are questions based on what the technician observes, and when the service is complete they call and review everything that was done. Throughout the service I had the ability to communicate with the technician if I had questions or something I forgot to mention. The icing on the cake is the video the technician takes of your car while walking through the services performed. And the cherry on top is picking up your car that has been freshly washed! This is my first BMW so I don’t know if this is the way BMW has always done things. Even if it is, Laurel BMW does it extraordinarily well.

Amazing and knowledgeable service advisors who worked with me every step of the way. Kristi was my primary point of contact from beginning to end. Setting the appointment, getting the parts needed, providing me with a loner while my X5, aka “Karen” was in the shop. She even called my car by name and gave the loner one as well, Elizabeth. She was exceptionally personable. Taylor was also amazing in providing me with peace of mind when he told me my extended warranty covered everything. And hats off to the technicians who replaced Karen’s steering column that was making an awful racket. You all are worth your weight in gold. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Earl is a true professional. Knowledgeable and had the perfect amount of communication during the sales process. Riley’s explanation of the technology was fantastic! He spent as much time as I wanted to feel comfortable with all the features in my new car. The financial part of the transaction was also very simple and straightforward.

I was pleased with the politeness of the staff and the way I was treated. I was glad the shop was able to eliminate two issues but I am convinced they created a third issue by reprogramming the footwell module/CPU with the wrong version of code. My windows don’t work right and as a consequence, the convertible top doesn’t work. I’ll reserve final judgment for after the next service when they’re supposed to correct that third problem.

It’s always easy and smooth any time I need an inspection or have an issue. Taylor, in service, is my go to and does a phenomenal job. Immediately responds and always looks out for my best interest.
