Avoid! Rolled in with the ability to drop $70k (credit union bank draft) but when trying to make a deal, after they had tried to add $thousands in unexplained markups, told me to my face that I couldn't afford their $35k vehicle. They still have never told me what their $2k apex markup fee is for except "all the other dealers do it too." Did an easy deal with Cowboy Toyota for $8k cheaper a couple days later.

my salesman was eduardo. he was absolutely amazing! i bought a 2022 pathfinder had no idea about any of the features and he showed me everything there was about it and made sure that i was okay with driving off the lot comfortable. he helped me with everything and is just absolutely amazing i will definitely be back to visit him when i’m ready to trade my other car in !!

We came looking to purchase a truck, and as soon as we walked in the associate Andre Mach was the first one to work with us. He came right away to ask if we needed assistance and from the start you could tell he has a very welcoming and kind personality. Drove an hour and 1/2 to see/buy a new vehicle quoted at $18,542 via text by salesperson Ty. Upon arrival was informed about the APEX Program which adds $3,000 to the price of the auto but hold little value. They might as well add swamp insurance and window tax. Salesperson pointed out that this item is set out at the bottom of their web site in small print so we should have been aware of it. Oh yeah, and everybody does it. Slimes tactics. Nissan should be ashamed for allowing this to occur to their potential customers. Update 9/5/2022. Went to College Station Toyota today. Like night and day. Salesperson worked really hard to get us a deal we could afford. They also have an “add on” package but were willing to discount it heavily to meet our payment needs. Salesperson was knowledgeable and went to his management 4 times to work the deal. Bought a more expensive car with more upgrades than we were considering with Cheating Nissan.

I can not recommend Ryan enough. He’s super personal and worked with me to get the monthly rate I needed. As a 23 year old female with hardly no car buying experience, I was very anxious about getting mislead by a car salesman. Ryan never once tried to swindle me and I felt valued and respected the entire time. I walked off the lot with a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima SV same day. The sales person that I dealt with was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He worked with me on which vehicle most suited my needs and how we could work to fit my budget. There was a problem that cropped up with the first vehicle I chose but he along with the Owner Loyalty Manager worked hard to make it right for me. I am a very satisfied customer. All the staff was very good to me and helped move the buying experience along.
