John Howerton Honda: Honda Dealership serving Beckley

Ten thousand percent recommend this dealership! For me, Howerton Honda is not local. I’m a big “support local” girl, but the above-and-beyond service made it worth it for me to go outside of my area. They were prompt, honest, and brought my brand new mommy minivan to me just two days after the first time I spoke to them. 🙌🏻 With other dealerships giving me the run around, wasting my time (which is in short supply), no straightforward answers, and even one that was marking up their vehicles LITERALLY ten.thousand.dollars 😳, this was a breath of fresh air. Scott and the rest of the team really provided exceptional service.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The entire team at John Howerton Honda went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was repaired quickly and correctly, all while making sure my family was comfortable and cared for. We were about 280 miles from home headed on our first family vacation to the beach, when we stopped at the Beckley, WV Rest Area and our vehicle wouldn't start. We had our vehicle towed to John Howerton Honda. The shuttle driver was out on another call, so Jonathan from The Service Department, personally came and picked us up. The Service Team then squeezed our vehicle in (even though they already had a full schedule that day) and repaired our vehicle within hours. Jonathan then took the vehicle for a substantial test drive himself, just to be sure we would be good to go for the rest of our trip, and we were! We had a wonderful vacation! My family has nothing but good things to say about our experience here and would highly recommend their service to anyone in the area. Thanks again John Howerton Honda Team!

The people here were so kind to us and our family. We were traveling back hoke from vacation and our pilot broke down. They got us right in and taken care of. They were very patient and even shuttled us back to our hotel to get our belongings. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend their services

John Howerton Honda is a great dealership. We were travelling a few weeks ago for vacation and hit some debris on the road. Three dash indicators lit up. Our home dealership said to have the car serviced. We were 20 min from John Howerton and they allowed us to come in 15 min before closing. They checked the car, told us we would be ok for the rest of the drive and uploaded all the info to Honda so our home dealership could see the diagnosis and order parts. They did not charge us for the diagnosis. Home dealership was amazed at what John Howerton Honda did and ordered parts right away. While in the waiting area we saw management showing great interest in the customers. If I lived in Beckley, I'd make John Howerton Honda the only place I did business.

Good service. We got a flat and was sent here by Honda. They took care of it on a timely manner they even squeezed my service in despite the busy schedule. Kudos to all the staff. Thank you.
