Well this might have been my easiest car buying experience in 35 years. And considering the supply chain issues, chip shortage, and Covid issues, this was a welcomed relief to several other dealers out there who were plain awful to try to buy from. Tyler in sales could not have been better to work with, Chris in finance even made it easier by using some great tech to e-sign all my documents remotely since I was coming from Chicago to buy my car, and finally Paul, the sales manager, was great to work with too - everyone was super straight forward and helped to make the buying process easy - and considering I had already had some nasty surprises with two dealers close to home, I was relieved to be able to work with such a professional dealership. I wouldn't be surprised if I worked with these guys again in the future, they are worth the 300 mile trip.

Jeffrey Acura was able to fit me in for maintenance when Acura of Troy could not. Communication on findings and recommendations during diagnostic period was good. Maintenance and repairs were performed and issue was confirmed to be resolved during test drive with maintenance manager prior to payment. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Waiting area was comfortable.
The sales and management staff were easy to work with and were not pushy at all. They listened to my concerns and made gave me a bottom line offer up front. I was able to close the deal and do the financing from my home and my vehicle was delivered the same day. Overall, the experience was a very positive one.
Unbelievable service. I was flying from California to my new home in Michigan and all I had for transportation was my new car sitting at the Acura dealership. It was Saturday night and the dealership was closed. Despite this, the sales manager hand delivered my keys to me at the airport! My original flight was canceled so he adjusted his Saturday night plans to meet me later than planned. The whole process was super easy. I was able to quickly complete the sale even though I was in California. They’re beyond highly recommended.
Purchased a 2021 RDX Advance from here yesterday and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience! Kasey was my main advisor through the process and she was fantastic - very personable. Thank you to Paul and Michael as well! There’s a much closer Acura dealership to me but I drove a bit further to Jeffrey because of the positive reviews and I don’t regret it one bit. I haven’t experienced the service department yet, but I have high hopes if they are just like the sales department. Loving my new ride!

Had my car and recently for tires. Matt Smith was away on holiday, deservedly. Brian took care of me in exceptional manner. The Acura's and the Hondas thatJeffrey sells are exceptional cars. But I've said repeatedly that it is there a service both sell the cars and keeps me coming back for more.BTW. I've accumulated about 32 years of Acuras. I've never had a repair! Just oil changes and routine maintenance. My best wishes to Brian.
