I just bought a house in June and was not expecting to buy a new car so soon but, things happen. The staff there was amazing! They reminded me of my appointment and were waiting and ready when I got there. From my description of what I had said I was interested in they had a few cars ready for me to look at. We went to discuss finances and within just a few minutes, they had a decision. Then once we found terms that were agreeable to everyone, they took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. Even after finding a great rate, while discussing and signing the contracts, Jennifer was able to get me an even better rate that worked even better by going through GE. Want to thank everyone for all of their help and for making me feel comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation. I also can’t rave enough about Scott! Can't speak highly enough of my experience at this dealership. The staff all the way around was awesome and very helpful. My sales guy Nate S. was non-pressuring and overall a good person. Sales manager Ryan and finance guy Casey were very helpful with everything. I am not one for the pressures of car dealership sales tactics and this place was not even close with following that stigma. My wife brought her 2019 Honda van which mind you we just bought within the last year, to their service center. They called the next day and asked what exactly was wrong cause it was a after hour drop off. She explained the problem and the advisor said he wanted to do a diagnostic on it. she asked why and told the advisor (Bob I believe is his name) just tell her what's wrong with it cause she was at work. He did not tell her it would be 180 bucks and basically did it anyways instead of a lift and visual on the shocks which should be free (cause they knew that was the problem, this is a common problem and they know it. Our friends bought same van, same problem, it's not a new problem.) I went to pick up van and got answers from no one, only that Bob was off and he would call me. Still hasn't called. Took advantage of my wife cause she is a women. Never recommending this place to anyone. Horrible customer service! Sales team Great, service unacceptable.

Purchasing my new car from Jeff Wyler went really well - no complaints there. The sales team was great to work with. HOWEVER, if you don't want to get ripped off on your trade in, DO NOT trade your car in with them. They will lie to your face about the value, saying it's worth nothing because it has too many miles and they won't even sell it on the lot, just send it to an auction. I found my trade in on their website a week after buying my new car and they had the value DOUBLE to what Kelley Blue Book, even after telling me Kelley Blue Book didn't know how to price cars over 100K miles (and therefore, my car wasn't worth ANYWHERE near what Kelley Blue Book stated). So disappointed in them and would not recommend trading your car in there. Only reason I gave them two stars is because the buying process went very smoothly (weren't too pushy on things I didn't want)! I definitely will be telling people to go to a different Honda dealership.
