We recently purchased our 2022 CR-V Hybrid from Honda of Keene after searching for a few months. We initially had a deposit placed with another dealership but after checking with Honda of Keene, we decided to take our business here instead. In this market, I am confident that we got a great deal on our CR-V. Dave Ovitt kept us informed every step of the way while we waiting for our vehicle to be built and shipped to the dealership. Dan Kuraner in finance was super easy to work with. He did a great job making sure we knew what our options were, but didn’t push when we declined. There was no pressure whatsoever while in the finance office. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Honda of Keene in the future for another purchase.

My trip to Honda of Keene was great! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. They exercise great customer service and they have a very decent selection of cars to choose from. As someone new to the car market I've always been warned about car dealerships trying to upsell and get you to spend more, but everyone here were looking out for my best interest right from the get go. We did extensive research prior to purchasing a new vehicle. We then visited dealerships, including Honda of Keene. The Honda CR-V Touring was by far the most comfortable vehicle, and met our needs in several other ways. Larry Gilmet met us upon our arrival, and spent considerable time with us. He was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and the best Sales Consultant we have ever dealt with in the area. Larry, is a responsible young man, and a good human being. He did not pressure us in any way. We felt confident he had our interests in mind. We also met with John Griffus, the Sales Manager, and again, an outstanding person to deal with. We are very fortunate to have this dealership in our area. Now that we've driven our new Honda for a week, it has exceeded our expectations.

I did much of my car search online looking for a very high-demand vehicle. I chatted initially with Catherine, then with Jim. Both were straightforward, easy to work with, and extremely friendly. I'd highly recommend working with them to buy a car.

Went in for a scheduled oil change for $40.00. ended up wanting me to spend three thousand dollars worth of flushes and brake rotor cleaning one replaced break pad. I only allowed the break cleaning and replaced pad. Spent $1300.00, about a month later I had this thump thump when turning and breaking. Took my car to a small shop and was told my tires were ready to break off from all the rust. Repaired $90.00. I want to know what you did for $1300.00. crooks never go here
