I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! You have to ask for Amir when you go! He was so helpful and really took care of me throughout my purchase. I ordered a 2023 Honda HR-V and he kept me up to date on when my vehicle was arriving and made the process so smooth when I came to pick it up. It felt like buying a car from a friend, trustworthy, to the point, and no money hungry car salesman vibes!

I was dreading buying a car given previous experiences. Boy, was I surprised and delighted when we decided to purchase from Honda Carland in Roswell! William "Bill" Manigault greeted us and patiently and kindly answered my many questions and showed us a variety of Pilots. He was efficient, positive and earnest about wanting the right car for me. We enjoyed his company and appreciated his respect for our time. On the financing end, I was prepared to grind my teeth, but had a very unexpected pleasant, well-explained and expedient experience led by Ramzi Hishmeh (sp?). Both of these gentlemen had great dispositions and seemed sincere about doing their best by us.

Freddie and his manager worked with us to earn our business so that our family of 5 can travel in this new roomy vehicle. Absolutely one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. We selected our vehicle online, confirmed a drive-out price over the phone, and completed our purchase in approximately an hour after arrival at the dealership. I've taken my car here twice, once for a simple oil change and then again for scheduled maintenance. Both times I've been impressed by how well they treat you, like sending an Uber to your house when it's time to pick up your car and going out of their way to get discounts to apply. It can't be good for their profit margins, but it makes for a good customer experience. The place is a little isolated, unsurprisingly, but if you don't mind walking ~20 min you can get to a nice little shopping area where you can wait for your vehicle to finish. There's also a very nice cemetery nearby, for those so inclined.

When you call Honda Carland, make sure you ask for Pedro. He was a reliable and honest partner in the process of buying our new Honda Odyssey. He kept us up to date on the delivery of our vehicle, even reaching out when there were not any updates to make sure he knew we weren’t forgotten. When the day came, he had all our paperwork already ready so it was a seamless process to get our new car. Would definitely recommend Pedro and Honda Carland.
