Went to get an oil change here and the service experience was great. Didn't had to wait too much and they had an inspection video, which was really cool. Service advisor, Alberto Garcia was friendly and didn't force me to get the additional recommended services so I'll definitely go back here again!

Ricardo was an amazing salesman that displayed very detailed knowledge of every vehicle I inquired about. He was extremely easy to talk to and very pleasant. I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I spoke to the salesperson, Gavin, I knew I wanted to do business with them. Garvin was very patient. He showed me several vehicles and I test drive each. Gavin listened to my needs and delivered. Also, the finance group was wonderful. The purchase was fast and they gave a fantastic deal. I plan buy my next vehicle from Hiley. They are truly an awesome dealership.

Car buying these days is much different than it was not long ago. I had no idea what to expect. I found everyone at Hiley Acura very nice and helpful and willing to explain how things work today and what to expect. Everyone at Hiley Acura was very helpful. After we test drove a new Integra we went home to think about it. The dealership didn't hound us like other dealerships. What I really liked is how we didn't receive multiple phone calls from different folks at the same dealership. It was just the right amount of communication. I do want to especially thank Jacob for all of his work both before we received our car and after. He took great care of my wife. Even days after the sale we still would text him with a question and he would answer right away. I walked through the service department before I left and was very happy to see how smooth the service side was. Finally found my Toyota Highlander after shopping around Dallas dealerships that are price gouging people. Hiley Acura was straight forward on pricing. Extremely reasonable. The car is Beautiful!! Detailed to a T..I highly recommend Hiley!!
