My experience at Hendrick BMW has been beyond phenomenal and I could have not worked with a better sales representative Michael Dugan! Michael is amazing, honest, friendly, and so personable. I’d love to work with him again. His customer service is unmatched. Not a pushy salesman. He made me feel so secure with this huge purchase. He took his time to explain all BMW has to offer and answered all of my questions. If you are considering purchasing a luxury BMW, I would highly recommend you go to Hendrick BMW dealership and work with Michael.

On Thursday 9/29 I inquired online about a BMW X-5. Within an hour I was contacted by Robert Mann of Hendrick BMW here in Charlotte, NC. We arranged to meet a couple of hours after the initial contact. When my wife and I met Robert he was very friendly, hospitable, and not pushy at all. He took me for a test drive and a made my decision to purchase right then and there. Robert made the process painless and easy. We did most of the paperwork then and scheduled for me to come back on Friday morning to complete the transaction. On Friday morning we finished the paperwork and I drove my new 2023 BMW away by noon. Robert and his support staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I had the best experience! My husband and I worked with josh Wilson ! He made the whole buying experience easy and fun. I was not sure if we were going to purchase a bmw or Mercedes and josh really brought it home for us. My husband got me an x3 as my Christmas present and ended up purchasing a 3 series for himself. Similar to my positive experience with Hendrick Audi, transparent communication, courteous interactions, and fair pricing will make anyone a fan towards obtaining their next BMW at this Hendrick location. The red carpet treatment doesn't stop after the sale. Look for world class treatment in the service department as well while owning and maintaining both your new or used BMW. I tend to stay clear of dealership service centers, but have been so pleasantly surprised by the level of care and service given by Hendrick. I just went in to have a recall service done on my used BMW, and encountered person after person who was more than willing to drop anything in order to help me. My service rep, Mariana was great. Very transparent, kind, and treated me like a valuable customer even though I wasn’t paying for anything (again, factory recall). Compared to the large dealership in Florida that I had previously been to, this place was incredible. Great job.

Purchased a pre-owned X5 M from Hendrick BMW last week, easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Mark Tyza who was happy to answer every question that came to my mind over the course of a week and a half; while I decided if I really wanted to buy a car 6 states and a 12 hour drive away without seeing or driving it first. Mark and the whole Hendrick team made everything easy for me which is especially impressive given the distance. They also held the car for me after I put in a deposit since I couldn’t travel for a week after I agreed to purchase the car. Both Mark and the finance manager Sharath Nair were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of actually buying the car. I had to drive back the day of the purchase, and we were in and out of the dealership within two hours. I would definitely look here again when buying another car even considering the distance.
