We went in and purchased a new TLX A-Spec this weekend from Hall Acura and we're so pleased! Our salesman was Bernard and WOW we've never had a better experience with any salesperson! He was seasoned, professional, knowledgeable and didn't have ANY pushy salesman traits. The experience was so casual and easy. The staff was amazing with our son, offering him food, treats and just hanging out with him! We loved the car and we knew that we wouldn't receive better service elsewhere so the choice was simple to buy the car. Haha! The dealership is clean (including the bathrooms!) and has plenty of seating. The finance manager was awesome and found us the best rates and term for us. Their technology is very current in times. Basically an iPad was used for signing documents and all of the available warranties and add ons were on a customized menu for us. VERY upfront pricing on all items. We were able to choose which warranties worked for us and see exactly how much our payment would increase with each one. I've never seen it before and LOVED it! We had an awesome experience at Hall Acura and would highly recommend asking for Bernard. I've never recommended a salesman before so it says a lot. We're excited to create new fun memories in our amazing new car!

My service experiences at the dealership have consistently been excellent. My service representative Shane is always polite and interested in providing the best service for my 2009 Mazda as possible. None of my interactions at this location have made me feel as if anyone is trying to "get over" on me because I am a woman and/or I may not know much about service. Quite the contrary, as an employee of a few auto parts stores and service desks, I have some knowledge about vehicle maintenance and everything recommended here aligns with what I am usually thinking. I love the points/rewards system at this location. The Cavalier location where I previously got my vehicle serviced did not have this option along with many other "perks" provided at this location. The hours at this location are customer friendly and very conducive to my schedule. Everything about my service experiences at this location has been excellent. I am thankful that I made the decision from the other Cavalier location to this one. Thank you Shane for always been an awesome service tech.

Great experience purchasing a car at Hall Acura today!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Deanna, she was great to work with! Took her time with my wife and I and very friendly from the time we walked in the door for our appointment. Also I can’t say enough about the manager Richard!! We had a more than a few conversations on the phone and one of the few guys I’ve dealt with that kept his word and went out of his way to do so!!! Great experience all around!!

I got a 2021 Acura RDX from this place about a month ago. Before I left my home I was contacted by someone from the dealership & this person was very nice to me. When I got to the dealership, I saw MY car w my name already on it lol “sold to Tania Dalton” & I automatically fell in love. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Susan Salem. She knew a lot about the car while we test drove it. When we got back to the dealership she found out I was pregnant, she got me something to drink & kept offering snacks lol. When it came down to getting the car, that process was quick & painless. Any question I asked, she answered honestly. I’ve had 3 cars & this by far was my best experience. If you come here, ASK FOR SUSAN (she even sent me a holiday card in the mail) 😚

Forget the service department. Don’t waste your money! They sold me a new car last year in less than a year issues with the tires. I purchased 4 new tires in Feb 2022 for my old car which my son has and the tires look like they have dry rot and the outside tread looks terrible. This service department tells me I need to buy new tires again!! Again over $1000 I paid for tires and they last 5 months? Wow!!! What a scam. They also said you should purchase a protection agreement which they never mentioned when we spent $1000 in Feb. They also said I need new hood struts. Interesting I just literally purchased new one last week from Auto Zone and asked them to help me put them in and they did it for free. $30 part and Acura dealer quoted $ 198. They had to have seen that at least one of them was brand new. They did an oil change so you know they saw that it was new. Wow! Wow! I can’t believe a company would be SO DIsHONEsT!!
