Great experience doing business with the team at Don Ayers Acura. Our Sales Consultant, PJ Dean provided an easy, no hassle buying experience even though we were two hours away. PJ removed all road blocks and made the process of trading in our TLX for an MDX the smoothest auto transaction we've experienced. The Service team ensured quick installation of accessories and evaluation of the trade. Sales & Finance Manager, Shawn Trice, assisted us with the paperwork and we took delivery within 60 minutes of our arrival. This can only be done with strong leadership and dedicated contributors. I had been shopping around for an RDX for a month when I found the one I wanted. PJ and the entire team were very welcoming and accommodating. I just had my first service done and was very impressed by their service staff as well. Definitely will consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting PJ on random appointment to get an oil change. My husband asked to test drive a new vehicle that was on the lot. We weren’t really on the hunt for a new car but thought, let’s just test drive it. PJ gave us his contact info as a courtesy in case we ever decided to purchase a new vehicle. We did decide that we might actually be interested in upgrading our current A-Spec RDX for a newer MDX S-Type. We shortly after reached out to PJ to let him know we were interested. From that point on PJ was extremely helpful. He continued to keep us up to date on what was currently available or would become available. He even took into consideration that one of the vehicles was a little over our price range and let us know he would keep looking, since we were not in a rush. He was not overly pushy, which we appreciated. He worked around our schedule and made the process very easy for us. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the process and the vehicle. He was very kind and respectable. He did follow up with us a week or two later to make sure things were going well with the vehicle. We were very impressed with PJ and all of Don Ayres Acura and would highly recommend highly PJ and his team to anyone!

PJ Dean and all of the people I interacted with at Don Ayres Acura were top notch. I came in completely blind as to what Acura had to offer and PJ got me into the exact car I needed within an hour. My 2023 Integra is exactly what I wanted and is going far beyond my expectations.
