I bought my first Acura from "Findlay Acura" at the Automall. My buying experience with them was smooth everyone was friendly. My salesman (David Reynoso) helped me from start to finish when I came in to put a deposit reservation on a new "2022 MDX A-Spec" with the exact color and interior I wanted. It took awhile for the car to come in due to the chip shortage David kept me updated on the status but when the car arrived, I was extremely pleased. I Would definitely buy from them again if I was going to be in the market for another Acura.

I’m gonna be honest, I have never enjoyed buying a new car and I won't forget the day I purchased my 2022 A-Spec RDX. It was such a great experience and I enjoyed it! No joke! We were laughing and talking most of the time. Normally, you’d get a pushy sales person… but David nothing like that. I really didn’t anticipate buying a car that day, but we ended up taking one home! 🤭 😆 The Customer Service they provided is top-notch, literally!! They all deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! The best service you can get from Mary sweet sweet associate and very patient and understanding. I drove from Orange county California to Nevada to get the car I wanted at a great deal. If you want a great deal and Even if you have negative on your trade-in, they will work out the best deal possible. Trust me, Finley Acura is great.

Had my oil change done here in Findlay Acura and I was greeted with a smile and offered me something to drink right away. It’s June and it was very hot outside. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Michael in service department. This place is very clean. They serviced and diagnosed my car so quickly. I will definitely recommend Findlay Acura to all my family and friends that need service to their car.

Walked in after having a bad experience and leaving another Acura dealer in town and Cruz greeted us like we had know him for years. Was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from him. Needed a vehicle for my son after his deployment overseas and had a more than fair price in 15min. Calling service dept was informative and making appointment included getting transportation to our rental car. Our windshield was cracked on our drive down from Utah, but we co ordinated windshield replacement at your dealership in addition to scheduled service, transportation and a clean car when completed same day. Our service rep. was excellent. A great experience.
