He kept me updated on how the build process was going, all the people that worked here are nice and courteous, 5 star on the customer service. the dealership doesn’t charge markups which was amazing. 100% recommend for the people who are planning to get a BMW 👌🏽

Worst Experience ever went there for service for my vehicle wasn’t able to get service. So I was offered to get a free car wash got a free car wash after the car wash I noticed that my seat was not adjusting properly looked down and noticed that the person who cleaned out my car broke the seat switch. Was promise that I was going to get a call back. Angel told me he was going to talk his supervisor to see if they can repair. He exchanged his phone numbers with me. Only for me to keep getting ignored call multiple times to speak to a manager they don’t answer the phone very unprofessional take a message and never call back. Please don’t take your car there they have horrible customer service.

I am a BMW customer since 2006. We have the worst nightmare taking out car to this dealership. We pay over $8,000 in parts for one of our vehicles (X5 ) and is not fix yet. We took our 3 series for oil change and they even forgot to put the cap and the oil was all over our garage. They don’t even apologize. They are pushing those techs to their limits and they are just doing bad things to our cars. Once my car is fix I am not going there anymore.

Great service, as usual at the Orlando South BMW dealership. My service advisor Robert Jones explained the repair, kept me informed and was exceptional with his customer service. He is the main reason I only use Fields BMW South Orlando for service of our 3 BMW’s.

I’m sick of the whole service dept. I took my vehicle for service and was told I needed spark plugs. I was told they needed to be ordered and to come pick the vehicle up until the parts were delivered. Once they called and informed me of the arrival of the parts I made an appointment to take the vehicle back. About an hour after I dropped it off I was contacted and told the price would now double because there was a hose that had to be replaced in order to do the job. When I questioned it they sent me a picture of a small hose and said it’s not the hose it’s the small plastic clip. But since they cannot just change the clip I needed the whole hose and they couldn’t change the plugs unless this was replaced. Which doubles my price. This type of deceit is disgusting and needs to be addressed.
