Seamless communication and answered any questions I had. Katelynn in the finance department was superb as well. She helped finalize the sale and go over any questions I had as far as financing. Had the 50,000 mile service done on my 2018 X3 12/23/22. They did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. Service was performed as required, I was kept informed, and the interior was spotlessly clean when the car was returned.

I had an appointment for service. Everything went as scheduled, even on a day that had ""extreme winter weather" and advisories. Prompt and on time. Their automated service gave me updates throughout my service through text messaging while I waited in the lobby, gave suggestions and allowed me to accept or delay repairs. Then even allowed me to pay on my phone with Google lay before my rep came to give me the keys. Very smooth. A little pricy on the labor for a battery change but I also have a 2007 so I wanted some systems reset so I was fine this time.

My 335i had a recall call, and Bergstrom did fantastic job. Repair was done earlier than expected and I received car back the same day. Plus they did great job detailing my BMW. You guys got yourself a new customer.

Excellent buying experience. Upfront pricing that beat all the other dealers in MN/WI area. Flexible on pick-up dates being an out of state buyer. Acquisition was painless and seamless. Jeremy was sales person. Highly recommend.

So my check engine light came on, I called first thing in the morning and they were scheduled out a week but the service lady said I could drop it off and they would put it on the diagnostic machine when they had a chance in between appointments. A couple hours later they call with the issue, I was worried I’d have to wait until the next open appointment but I was wrong, they literally took my car at about 10am and had it all squared away by 245pm! They even vacuumed the inside of my car after the car was. Kudos to Geoff he was amazing!!! I will definitely be taking my mini back for normal maintenance and if anything serious happens knock on wood I don’t have any serious issues! Way to go guys
