Their service dept is great to work with and generally reasonable on pricing. Their monthly service deals are a great value. Specific parts can be costly at times for repair, but that is to be expected. Costs are always clearly communicated and never exceed the estimate I’ve been given. As far as a dealership service department goes, this one is top notch. Have had everything done from replacing suspension, tires, wheels, etc to standard oil change. Everything has always met or exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very friendly and super professional. I searched many many dealers and Ed Martin Acura was the best as far as inventory selection and price. Matt was very helpful in willing to work with me to help me get the car I saw online. Let me not forget about the coffee it was delicious. Overall I had an amazing experience.

We drove better than two and a half hours to see a used car, a Hyundai Santa Fe XL all wheel drive Ultimate. The car was in great shape, however there was a problem that was discovered with the driveline. As part of the deal my wife and I agreed to purchase the car provided it was fixed. The car was looked at and work was done to it. We came back and made the purchase on a Saturday after a test drive. After the 2.5 hour drive home, we found that our purchase still had the problem. When we called our sales lady, Karen Collins, she assured us that the stipulation we had agreed to in purchasing the vehicle fixed would be upheld. We used a local dealer in the Cincinnati area to perform the work and Ed Martin Acura stood behind their word. John Bostick, their sales manager and the entire team at Ed Martin treated us like family. After having difficulty getting the bill paid, an error on our local dealership's part, John used his personal credit card to pay the bill for us so that we would not have to wait to be reimbursed by the dealership. Are they worth driving 2 and 1/2 hours for? Absolutely!
