So I didn't think it would be possible to finance a nice vehicle- I kinda gave up hope after being denied by 2 other dealerships due to not having enough credit history, even though my score is good! Drivers village went above & beyond! They even took money off the sale price to get me approved. I'm so happy with my beautiful durango! Wouldn't have been possible without drivers village.

Here to say Ryan Eiffe is an amazing car salesman!! This man has helped me buy my dream car at 23!! I have been to this specific location countless times. I expected people in ties with clipboards and ear pieces. Not even close. The entire team is focused, smiling, educating their customers, and showing you what route to take to get your dream car!! This department is amazing! Not once did I see or hear anybody pushing a vehicle on you that you don’t want, they try to stay in your budget, they show you options! Who doesn’t like options!? I felt right at home here. Jokes, coffee, and talking business. Ryan keeps us coming back 100% I have recommended family to him specifically and they now drive their dream vehicles. I have personally watched this man almost rip his hair out fighting with banks, insurance brokers, and negotiating numbers to make us happy! Never met a guy in sales that is so cool, hardworking , and professional. If you read this I hope you’re ready for the rest of the people I send your way! See you guys soon!

I've never had such an easy and effortless purchase of a vehicle. Kyle who was in the Warehouse was tremendously helpful and not pushy at all. He understood my needs and took care of every single one of them. If i come back up to NY I'll definitely be looking for my guy Kyle at Driver's Village.

If you’re looking for a great sales experience, you can count on Shakti over at the used car warehouse!! He was able to get me in and out with my trade, and got me more for my truck to make the payments work for me! The thing I like most about Shakti is he doesn’t try to sell you anything more than what you’re looking for, which is great when you’re looking for a vehicle, no funny business, and absolutely no pressure! I’ve been to other dealers that call you non stop and try to pressure you into something. You won’t have that problem with Shakti! Thanks again for a great experience! I will be back!

I had a great experience buying my recent vehicle from them. I’m fairly new to the whole thing and they guided me well. Only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because I don’t feel like I got a superb deal or anything but definitely wasn’t bad. Ray the salesman at Nissan was amazing to work with and I definitely recommend. And I love my new used car!

Terrific experience again. I’ve bought or leased cars and trucks at DV over the past several years. This experience was wonderful. I was contemplating buying out my lease and keeping the Ram I leased. Well, Jim Read gave me excellent advice. I did purchase it and the transaction was seamless. A few signatures and done! 0 Business ethics Drivers Village sold me a truck less than a month ago. It was great until I saw it had a leak in the weather stripping of the door, which I didn’t see until the first rain which I was driving in (of course). There was also an issue where the air cabin filter was so disgusting that when the ac or heat is on for a period, it causes everyone to not be able to breath in the car (even by the mechanics wording). I brought this up with the dealers management (after going through service like a normal person, where they directed me to speak with management) They refused to assist in fixing it when it was sold less than a month ago. The part is $500. Sounds like they are money grabbing there. Horrid customer satisfaction, bad business ethics in general paying this much for a car from a dealerships. It’s not like I bought a used car from a private party. This will not be the only review I leave. It’ll be know that this dealership has 0 business ethics

This was a wonderful experience! Dustin helped us through it all, he found a perfect car for my family and I and worked over time to help us get the car we wanted. He is so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable in a very big dealership .I highly recommend him!!
