Don Davis Hyundai: Hyundai Dealership serving Lake Jackson

Found Don Davis after widening my search from the Houston "market adjustment" dealerships. Don Davis does not do this! I filled out my vehicle request online and was contacted by Jessica, who is wonderful! 99% of the transaction was conducted online via text/email, which I truly appreciated. Jessica found the exact car I wanted and continually kept me informed. Drove down to get my car and was at the dealership for 1 hour, got in my new car and drove home. I cannot recommend Jessica and Don Davis enough. Thank you for a hassle free buying experience.

Had a great experience buying a Santa Fe Hybrid. Car was delivered to the dealership 2 weeks early, buying process was quick and pleasant, and (unlike other dealerships at this time) Don Davis Hyundai does not mark up the price. This saved us $5000 compared to other dealerships.

Highly recommend Don Davis Hyundai if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle at MSRP without any market adjustment or required "addendums" that other dealerships like to sneak into the deal. To top things off - I received excellent service from Josh Martin, who I'd highly recommend you work with or ask for when buying a car from here - seriously. I'm just a single reviewer that you're reading here, but I can assure you Josh will provide you with the best car buying service you've ever received.

Brought a vehicle in for troubles while under warranty. They then proceeded to tell me cause I bought an after market product and not from them, then that product was bad. Even though it was replaced a week ago. Then they said it wouldn't be charged under my warranty because they refuse to look past that new part to find why my motor is spitting oil. That even if they did find something, because they didn't like we didn't by the part from them before we brought it in, that it won't be warranty. Just to get more money out of us and keep from doing there job.

Went to this dealership to get my oil checked and brakepad's checked I was told that none of my owls were low which was not true and that my brakes were fine. Just a few days after leaving this dealership I started receiving large amount of Spam calls Spam email and Spam mail to my mailbox. All inquiring to purchase my Hyundai I had never received any of this before I went to the dealership meaning they had given away my address my car make model year and my phone number and my email so if you don't want to be compromised in such a way do not use this dealership

Purchased a new vehicle here and not 2 weeks having the vehicle, all of the sound throughout the car completely stops working. I contacted the dealership and they said there was nothing that they could do about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
