Great experience buying a new 2023 MINI Cooper SE from Brian at Classic MINI. We didn’t have much time to spend at the dealership so he streamlined everything. The car was spotless and in perfect condition for pick up and the price was in line with what we were willing to pay. I was glad to find out they had an EV on their lot that was fully loaded and pretty much exactly what we were looking for. We love the car and look forward to many years with it!

I just started my lease on my new MINI at Classic. Zach Hill was my sales person. He was so helpful with the build and order process as well as any questions i had along the way. Lease signing went smoothly with no surprises. I was in and out of there with my new car in less than an hour because he was so organized. When I've had my cars serviced at Classic, that has also been excellent. This place knows how to take care of their customers. This is my second lease through Classic and Zack and I plan to continue leasing/buying my future cars here.
I have already ordered an i4 M50 from another dealer, but I have been looking throughout the whole country for an i4 that I can own now, with the intention of selling when I get my order in which will be a long time. at 5:15am Nicholas texted me that Classic BMW had an i4 eDrive40 available. I didn't believe him, but he communicated to me why he had this and I went to see the car at 9am. I was introduced to Shaun who was the salesperson, and he gave me a test drive. I decided to buy this car, and Shaun was an amazing help while I juggled my finances, and was able to put down a sizeable down payment, and he really helped get my financing squared away for the rest. I went in later to sign the paperwork, pay, and Shaun went through every function of the car with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff. He probably spent a good 2 hours sitting in my car, showing me all the features. The parking assistant made me very nervous, but he had faith it would work, and it did. Shaun also helped me with the many calls I got from other BMW dealerships, and he was able to talk to another salesman about his accomplishments of selling this car. I appreciate what everyone at Classic did for me. I love my new BMW shirt also. Thank you. This is an amazing car, and Shaun did an amazing job with me. He earned my future business, as I plan on getting the i5 When it is released, probably in two years. Thank you Classic BMW!!!!!!!! I'd suggest you go there and visit these fine people. Classic BMW, and sales rep, Shaun Dubecky, were phenomenal in assisting with my recent purchase. The price was fair to both parties, on an immaculate used 330ix, and the paperwork went smoothly. As a bonus, before moving into Sales, Shaun was the Classic BMW "Genius," so he was quickly able to help me set up my profile and controls, and take me through my vehicle from A to Z in no time flat! I live in Buffalo NY and found the mini I wanted to buy online at Classic BMW. I have never bought a used vehicle before let alone a vehicle out of state over 2 hrs away. I called the dealership on a Saturday and was put in touch with Shaun Dubecky. From the first phone call to picking up the vehicle 3 days later at the dealership in Willoughby Ohio, it was the most fun experience I’ve ever had buying a car! Shaun FaceTimed me to show me the car and we went over every inch together because I’m super picky and didn’t want any surprises if I was going to drive there to look at it. I was confident and trusted him completely and bought it sight unseen! Would totally recommend Shaun as your sales person and the dealer hands down!

Shaun was fantastic!! I found the Lexus LS 500 on Car Gurus, sent an email that was interested and Shaun reached out right away. Since I was 5 hours away he FaceTimed with me to show the vehicle. No pressure. Talked it through. He and his team made it easy. I decided to make the drive to trade in my vehicle. When I got there the car was exactly what I wanted and ready to go.
