The people are the reason for why I would return to Caruso Ford! I was greeted with a kind spirit and spoken to more like a friend than a client. My purchase of my 2022 Mustang Mach E was made simple by Christine! She was amazing to work with and very professional. She was always available for questions and had answers for all my inquiries. When I picked up the car, Thomas and Christine spent precious time with me setting up all my electronic needs for the car (that was some work as I am not the most tech savvy person). As for the car, I've had it a week and I LOVE IT!!! I'm awaiting my experience with charging it, as I have not had to charge my car yet. Wish me luck, EV is all new to me!!! 5 stars all the way for Caruso Ford Lincoln. We traveled over 400 miles from San Francisco to Long Beach to buy our 2021 Bronco Sport. Dealers in my area were selling them $5,000 over MSRP. I found Caruso Ford through the Ford website. After filling out the contact form I was contacted promptly by Salesperson Art Ransom. We discussed the deal and he sent me the contract/paperwork by Fed Ex since I was far away. When the vehicle came in our salesperson Art went along with the plan to surprise our Daughter because it was her first car. Everything worked out great and it was a very straight forward purchase. I bought a Mustang last week. It was better to give a discount than other dealers. Allex and his manager Saleem were friendly, so I bought them pleasantly.

I had been looking for a used Audi and found this beauty at Caruso Ford as a trade in. After negotiating our price I made the 4 hour drive for the vehicle. Saleem and Ricardo made the Sale hassle free and worked with me in every aspect of the sale. They truely make you feel comfortable and welcomed with out any pressure to buy from them. 5 star rating not just for the dealer but also to Saleem and Ricardo. Even after the sale they made sure the car was spotless and to my satisfaction. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience dealing with Ismael from the Service Department. He had all of the answers and went above and beyond in regards to making me feel that I had come to the right place. I came in initially for a couple of recall fixes and left with another problem I had fixed as well. All around easy for me and he was very communicative throughout. Andre and Jocelyn are two true ambassadors for your brand. Please recognize them for their quality customer service. I have 15 years experience in automotive and powersports sales and I understand the value of the employee that takes the first call. That employees customer service will make or brake the sale. Andre was super attentive, extremely friendly and professional. I can only echo the same about Jocelyn. I spent the day calling 10 different dealers for servicing on my vehicle and by far these two made the difference. I truly hope they are recognized for their quality of work. These are the types of employees who make or break a dealership.

Art the service manager wasn't helpful trying to blame me for having his workers stripped my lug nut If my lugs nut were strip whey didn't they mention it when I picked up my car ? Why wasn't it noted down? I been coming to this dealers for years never had a problem till today make sure you check your vehicle when picking it up from service. Also my passenger mirror was damage Angel my service advisor was very helpful friendly and he tried to help me but he can only do so much.

I had a great experience with all the folks at Caruso Ford, especially Marco. I got all the information that I needed and everyone was very nice, courteous, and never pressured to buy anything. I would go back and purchase another vehicle from them in a heart beat. Thanks for a very nice experience!
