I went to another BMW dealership yesterday, and they told me that they don’t have a car. And also they didn’t let me test drive one because they didn’t have one to sell. Parts department Manager has no customer service experience at all. I have to keep calling back to find out about a parts because they don't believe in calling the customer to advice if they can get the part or not. And when you call them they act like the customer doesnt know what he is talking about....SMH

Also, Eli told me what services were NOT necessary-unlike other places that will try to sell any service possible even when not necessary.
