This dealership changed my opinion of the car buying experience, for the better. Each and everyone I dealt with was kind, patient, down to earth and a wealth of information regarding their products. Eddie was my sales rep and he was organized, easy to reach at anytime/ always responsive to not only me but my bank/insurance company, and overall a great person. Eddie made the car buying experience fun and relaxed and never was pushy but helped guide/ provided me with useful information that helped me make decisions. I will be coming back in the future for my next vehicle as well as recommending Eddie and burdick BMW of Cicero to my friends and family. As a side note- I ordered a 2023 BMW X3- this car came in about 5-6 weeks and was ready BEFORE the expected time of “around thanksgiving”.. go visit them- they are reliable 🙂

From the first of 2 times walking in Burdick BMW, I was approached by a gentleman Eddie, that I saw come in from the far back of the showroom once he notice me walking in one early morning. I mentioned that I need to buy a vehicle before the year and for tax purposes. He told me that I can have a vehicle as long as that I ordered it within two months of end of year. Love their customer service. I made a complaint about my last BMW m3 service. They responded back quickly and resolved my problem. Highly Satisfied and I thought they would be expensive but seriously they were inexpensive. Also bought the new BMWX7 2023 and it’s just stunning and best luxury car in market for sure Highly recommended.

I’ve bought 3 cars from Burdick since moving to Syracuse, including 2 hard to get ones. Burdick and in particular client advisor, Joshua D were remarkable. Joshua was attentive, friendly, engaged throughout the process, with impeccable follow-up. The level of attention and respect received is why I would encourage anyone to buy from Burdick and Josh.

We had driven to the Syracuse area from South Carolina and on Friday morning got a nail in our tire. We called around 10:00 am, gave them tire information and was told they could have the tire on Monday. When I explained the situation and that we couldn’t wait until Monday they found a tire locally, got it late on Friday, and by 9:00 am on Saturday we got a message that we could pick up our car! We could not be more pleased and are very thankful that they were so helpful and sympathetic with our situation! Thank you!! 😁
