I purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Rob at Brilliance Honda back in the summer of 2020. Best dealership experience that I have ever had. Rob was clear, communicative, and honest and the purchase went off without any hang-ups or "got-ya" moments. I had done all of the negotiation over the phone, and was impressed when it came time to do the paperwork, all went as expected with no hidden surprises. We are planning to purchase our next new Honda through Rob and Brilliance Honda as soon as the supply chain improves and we can get the car that I am looking for. Great job Brilliance Honda for giving me some faith in new car dealerships; after many, many bad experiences elsewhere Brilliance Honda delivered!

Jeff is amazing! We traveled from South Carolina to get our car and it was all worth it! Everyone was great and you felt good leaving. They are fair and don’t play games. We will be returning customers for sure when the time comes. Even my husband was impressed and he’s never impressed.

This is the best car dealership I have been to in my 25 years of owning vehicles. Even with the crazy car market they treat customers fairly, with respect and a long term relationship mindset. I bought two vehicles from here in July 2022, traded in one and couldn’t be happier. Everything was exactly as expected. Don’t waste time calling other Honda dealerships. Let me save you the trouble. One of the best car buying experience I have had. Jason was great to work with. He was extremely helpful, straightforward, and friendly. I went to two dealerships - one which was down the street from my house. My experience at Brilliance was far superior, and drove almost an hour to purchase my vehicle there. I highly recommend working with Jason and the whole team there if you are in the market for a vehicle yourself.

We purchased a used Jeep from Brilliance Honda. Jeff was our sales person, we felt he was very honest and did not put a lot of pressure on us to purchase the first day looking at vehicles. Before we took ownership over the vehicle, there was an issue with the main control system. Justin the Assistant Service Manager kept us updated with the entire process, and we feel he went above and beyond to resolve the issues. We would feel very comfortable buying another vehicle from Brilliance Honda in the future!

Have been going there for years for service of my cars. Joe and Don have been very helpful and accommodating. Now had an extremely satisfying experience with sales for my new car, where Jeff was excellent to deal with.
