I specifically asked my sales representative to not pull the wool over my eyes or try any funny number stuff at the end. What did the sales manager do? He had a different purchase price and manipulated my trade in without being transparent … after i specifically asked for clear concise negotiations. The sales manager was rude and argued with me and said “are we really fighting over 1k” when it was more than a few K and the sheer principle. I ended up back at BMW New Orleans and off in a better car with a better deal and NO games. You can’t out sell a salesman. Make the commute to NOLA and ask for Joe!

We enjoyed working online with Ashley. She answered all of our questions and did a video call so we could see the vehicle in real time. We questioned the finance office multiple times. That was the only area that gave us pause. The rate they quoted did not sound right and even when we spoke to our bank they said they had no idea where they were getting their numbers from. They only corrected the rate when the bank called them. Other than that - all other areas of the buying experience was great
