I bought a used BMW from a low-end car lot. I went to get the oil changed and serviced the next day. We went to 4 different places trying to get the oil changed. All 4 places couldn't change the oil, due to the oil drain plug being completely stripped. I called the BMW service center in Witchita and spoke with James the service manager and explained what was going on. that I had already gone to 4 different places, He told me they had an available slot this morning if I could make it in. When we got there... he said it was going to be an hr to an hr and a half. Then they provided a shuttle to and from a local store so we could go Christmas shopping. When we got back my car was pulled up and ready to go. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!

I worked the majority of the day remotely talking to Jason Hobbs to come to agreement of buying a 2015 Maserati. for an advertised price on carguru for $25,362.00. @ 3:01 pm I agreed to price and offered to pay a deposit and have my Bank wire the money. He said he would get started on the paperwork and asked me to send him my drivers lic and proof of insurance and email address. I sent it over to Jason and was told he would finish the deal. I waited for the paperwork to give to my bank. Hours passed and I noticed the dealership changed the price of the car on the carguru site by raising it to 25,733.00 and I called the internet manager at the dealership @ 5:15 pm. She told me Jason had the folder for the car and the finance dept was waiting for the folder from Jason before they could send me the paperwork for the Bank. I received a text at 7:11 from Jason saying the car was sold to a lady who had applied for financing from a previous time. I was informed the car was not for sale. Jason asked me to add it to my insurance and send over the driver's license while in the background changing the price of the car and given me the run around. I find this highly unethical and immorally corrupt. Any Manager, or sales rep that would go back on their word in order to make a few dollars has no place in a dealership selling Mercedes and Maserati

James in the service center really helped us out with our mini cooper! The sunroof was stuck open and originally he was quoting us around $200 to diagnose it and get it closed (we just wanted it to close) he ended up having a service member fix it and didn't charge us as it only took about 5 mins! Honestly if I ever buy a beamer, it'll be from here!

Great dealership for both buying a new BMW and getting it serviced. This is our second BMW from here and have had a great experience both times. Chris Emery was great to work with. We had quite a few questions, but never felt like we were a bother and he was very easy to get in contact with. When we had car trouble, he met us at the dealership on his day off to see that we were taken care of and had a courtesy vehicle to use. James Rose, the service manager, has been great at taking care of us and our BMW. When we have had a problem with our vehicle, it has been repaired quickly and with frequent updates. If you’re looking for a BMW and a great experience, I don’t think you can find a better dealership!
