I had a really great experience buying my new car from BMW of Wichita! Michael Ulrich was the salesman who helped me and my wife get our dream car! He was really patient and informative through the buying process! He showed us plenty of cars to make sure we were going to leave happy! Next time I think about buying another car I will for sure go and look for Michael ! This man is so helpful and patient I think he deserves a raise !

Austin is always very professional and attentive to my vehicle repairs and concerns. I'm giving a 2 star because I was not really impressed with the service center but the parts department was very helpful. I came in a couple of weeks ago to the service center for some diagnosis on my BMW. I was told by their unfriendly service advisor they were too busy to look at my car and told me to go to German Motor Works instead, even though I was able to look through their glass wall into the service center and seen 2 people standing in their work areas not working on anything. I probably wont try using their service center but the parts salesman Geoff was very helpful. He was able to find the correct paint code for me as well as some oil filters. I recommend him if you are buying any parts from them.

Austin and the service department are great. Called to set up an appointment but could only get one a month out. They took my name and number with a request to get in earlier if possible. Jimmy called me back the next day and got me in within a week at a time that was perfect for me. Service took an hour and was updated throughout. Thank you BMW of Wichita.

I bought my first BMW this summer. It is a 430i hard top convertible. It was time for service so I went to the dealership for the first time. This is where I met Austin Landers in the service department. He was amazing to work with and made my nervousness go away right away with his through walk through on how things work around there. He was professional and kept me informed as I waited on my car to be completed. I will certainly come back to this dealership and a large cause of that is Mr. Landers' great attitude and professionalism. You have a good service department and service advisor in Mr. Landers. I was looking to down size from 2 vehicles to 1. Jonathan Jacob's over at BMW of wichita helped me out. He wasn't pushing me to make a decision and help me figure out what would fit my style and my needs. He gave me ideas and suggestions on all the vehicles I looked at. And finally we found the perfect vehicle for me. He gave me a lot of insight and information on my new BMW x3 m40i. By far the best experience I have ever had when it came to buying a new vehicle.
