First time BMW owner here!!! I had to very best buying experience from BMW of Warwick! Let me start with my amazing Client Advisor, Luke Mayer!!! I hit the car shopping lottery with Luke!!! Luke walked and talked me through every step of the process. He gets 100% FIVE STAR REVIEW!!! And it was not only easy, it was very efficiently done!!! There was no 4-5 hour sales experience here!!! And, I was purchasing the car, exactly as I wanted it!!! We did have to wait for the built-to-order car to come in, but I knew this ahead of time. Luke kept me updated the entire time the vehicle was being built. We arranged for me to pick up my new vehicle, where I was introduced to Gina Troy, the F&I Manager. There was zero wait time for me to meet with finance, and I have never been through such a fun and quick finance meeting. I drove off with my new vehicle within two hours...that includes the time I spent with their amazing Product Specialist, who went over the features of my vehicle, and of course, taking pictures with my beautiful new BMW. Do yourself a favor... GO TO BMW OF WARWICK!!! Best car buying experience of my life!!!!

Picked up my new 2022 BMW X4 M40i today at BMW Warwick! I want to say Thank you to Mitch! Great personality and right off the bet he knew what I was looking for! He helped me on this new vehicle order 2 months ago and updated me along the way! Today is the day! Very happy with my purchase!

I had the best experience. I was very lucky to have Victor Cabral as client advisor. He was very pleasant and very patient from the minute I walked in. It was the first time I was buying a car by myself meaning without anyone by my side who knows about cars. I asked Victor so so many questions and he answered every single one of them with honesty and respect. I would recommend BMW of Warwick to anyone but most of all I recommend Victor Cabral. Devin was exceptionally pleasant and helpful with explaining all the features on my BMW X3 to me. He went over each one step by step so I would know how to use them all. He also told me if I ever have any questions regarding the car to give him a call and he will answer them for me. He is very efficient and he is an asset to the company. Overall the experience was wonderful and beyond satisfied with the vehicle and the purchase.

I had the pleasure of working with Gianna throughout this process. While I was unsure of buying out my lease or renewing she was patient when reviewing my options. I thought about the options and decided renewing was the best option for me. The process was smooth and easy from the time I gave my deposit until I signed the lease. I am a little confused how this dealership has such high ratings on Google. I purchased a brand new vehicle at the facility by placing an order months ahead of time. The vehicle came in at the end of the month and I was "extremely" pressured by the salesperson (Vito), a finance manager (not willing to honor a rate lock date), and sales manager (Tim) to purchase the vehicle by the end of the month. After much discussion back and forth, it was admitted to me that they wanted needed/desired the "close" for the end of the month which was to their benefit and not mine. We ended up closing the following day. I had a pleasant closing with their Genius specialist named Steven. Following the closing, they said feel free to contact him with any questions, I called a few times leaving a message with the receptionist for Steve and sending two online requests through their website and "Nada" from anyone at BMW. This is over a 2 week period. If their service department is anything like the sales department, I'm concerned about doing future business with this location. The car itself is great but I'd give that credit to the manufacturer.

My father and I got a 2018 X3 from Mitch. He was fabulous and extremely helpful during the whole process. My father worked with him prior and recommended we work with him to get my new car. You can tell you cares about his customers and their best interest!! Thank you Mitch!! 10/10

Awesome experience from start to finish!! Mitchell Patenaude our salesmen, was fantastic!! His attention to detail really impressed me. The buying process was quick and easy and we received great service from everyone involved in the transaction. When we arrived to pick up the car Mitch had a giant bow on it and a keychain engraved with my daughter’s name on it. I’d definitely recommend all my friends and family to him and BMW of Warwick. 5+ stars ⭐️ all the way.
