Brian did his usual excellent job of helping me. He was courteous and efficient. He explained what they were going to do and when he expected to have the vehicle ready. Brian provided me with a loaner car as I had several appointments that morning. The vehicle was ready when he said it would be. He also let me know what their inspection revealed about the additional service my car would need in the near future so I could plan ahead. Thank you.

My car died after driving from AZ to CA and I had to get roadside assistance to help me out. Luckily they were able to jump the car and tested the battery good; however, this was abnormal. I was able to do a walk-in after the memorial holiday and typically most places are booked with appointments. Ramon our service rep was very helpful. He was able to get my car seen today, provide a loaner car, and work with me on the cost. While my family wait comfortably in the waiting area. All these at the last minute. Nothing short of excellent service. These are the luxuries of owning a BMW. I always leave with a peace of mind.

My experience at the BMW of Vista was one of the best experiences I have had in buying a car. I walked into the dealership and was greeted right away. My salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and LISTENED to everything I asked about. I hate the back and forth most dealerships make you do but I did not have to do that here. I was able to layout what I wanted and they presented what they were able to do. In a matter of 20 minutes we had come to an agreement that I really liked and I was on my way to sign paperwork. I was very appreciative to everyone here as they were considerate of my time and respected the things I requested. I absolutely would recommend buying from here, it was a very PLEASANT experience and fast!

Really enjoyed the whole process of buying a used 2019 X7 from Vista last weekend. Both Caleb and Corey assisted me in the purchase. From test drive , to purchase out the door it was a total of 2 hours. Their knowledge and process was over the top! Finance department was very helpful also with my extended warranty I purchased. Thanks Guys , love the car!!!

The floor customer service was ok. They had a cool app that you can approve the work done but the app link broke and I wasn’t able to approve the work to be completed. I had to call to get a tech to approve the work and kept getting forwarded to a different tech and could not reach my service advisor. They were out due to being under the weather but we never got notification. I wouldn’t be upset if I knew that was the case and that the work was transferred to another tech. I had a rent a car for the week and used up almost all of the days with no progress made on the car. After the eighth call I got in touch with the manager Tim but feel that it was unprofessional and he did not seem concerned about the delay in customer service. I’ve worked with BMW myself and took great pride in what we do in providing excellent customer service. I explained that I would like the car to be finished that evening if it was possible and he stated that due to it being 1600 they would get to it the next day. I have stayed hours past my shift at BMW to help out customers who I knew needed their cars to be finished and were expecting great customer service from a luxury car brand. I really feel that BMW dropped the ball on this one and I was disappointed. I took my car back to my regular shop to finish the rest of the maintenance and now have to extend my rent a car another few days.

Not your typical dealership. From the moment I first visited the establishment I thought it was clean and professional. All staff have experience with all vehicles and are extremely helpful and welcoming. Management are great people that wanted to help me and my family out from the beginning. Thank you BMW Vista for the great family vehicle and the great experience! Will not hesitate to return for another vehicle or a recommendation to anyone in the market.
