Danielle’s ability to communicate effectively, accommodate even the most challenging of requests, remain both professional and personable, and be so attentive to detail were some of the highlights of my experience. I spent MONTHS searching for a vehicle match and not once did she make the process feel cumbersome or inconvenient. For the past 5 years I have always used BMW of Roxbury for their amazing service department but I never used their sales department, not until last week and to my surprise it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to Danielle Nussberger! Danielle effortlessly made it the easiest and most down to earth experience. If I wanted more information, she was on it, if I wanted her HONEST opinion I got it. I told her when I wanted to test drive, and she made it happen, even when the car was at another BMW lot, she told me she would get it on her lot that day - and she did! When I told her what day I wanted to finalize the buying process she had all of my paperwork waiting for me with a smile! I will never go to another dealer for any of my BMW needs!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from BMW of Roxbury. So far my experience has been nothing but positive. This last purchase was for my 2022 430i. Danielle, my Client Advisor, was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and was patient and accommodating of my crazy schedule. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and has even checked in a couple times to make sure everything is good. She arranged a meeting with Greg, the on staff BMW Genius who spent an hour with me going over all the technology in my new ride. Andrzej in finance was also top notch. He is personable, knowledgeable and did not try to force me into anything i wasn't interested in. Bottom line, I cannot be more happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Danielle if you're in the market for a new ride!!

Had a wonderful experience ordering and buying an i4 with Ramon Guadalupe. He has always answered all our questions and continues to even after the purchase of the vehicle. Andrzej, the finance manager was very helpful too and does not push in selling the extras that many dealerships tend to. Kudos to BMW of Roxbury and Ramon for making our car buying experience a very pleasant one. Will definitely recommend.

Had a very positive experience ordering my new BMW X5 with Ramon. He helped walk me through the ordering process and continues to follow-up now that I have my car with any questions or concerns. All in all it was a smooth process and I am loving my new vehicle!

I have purchased two cars now from Nick DiBernard at BMW of Roxbury. There are other BMW dealerships closer to my home in Asbury Park; but, Nick has taken the time to establish a relationship with me. He knows that I like to work efficiently and he consistently exceeds my expectations in customer service. I will definitely be working with Nick again in the future. We ordered a 2022 X4M Competition and it is absolutely beautiful, a beast like no other.

Wayne provided me with an excellent service. He was on top of the pre-ordered car we ordered and updated us on regular basis for any status changes and accommodated all our requests in a very timely and professional manner.
