Came in on Monday & was immediately greeted by Sean. He asked me about what type of car I was looking for and took me straight to a car that matched my interests. He showed me all the different features the car had and I was in love! It ended up being the car so chose to get! He was so kind and I can’t even explain how appreciative I am. He made this a great experience for my dad and I! He brought the beautiful car to my house the next day right after I finished work! He definitely knows how to treat clients and couldn’t care about his clients any more than he already does! I recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a car, you won’t regret it!

I have worked with multiple BMW dealerships in SoCal but BMW of Monrovia has been the most honest, friendly, and provided the most outstanding customer service so far. I returned a leased car to them and of course, BMW North America, gave me so many problems in the lease end process, but BMW of Monrovia handled it so professionally and resolved all issues. Abigail has provided an outstanding customer service from the beginning till the end. She has been always available and returned my voicemail quickly each time. Not only she is extremely professional but also very friendly. She deserves 5 star! I also leased a brand new X3 from them the same day and couldn't be happier with the service I received and the deal I got. I worked with Wei Wei and the sales manager Joseph to lease a new car. Probably, it was the first time that I wasn't pressured or pushed to finalize a deal in a BMW dealership. They spent over 3 hours with me and didn't change their attitude for a second. They are extremely friendly, respectful, and patient throughout your process. I would recommend to work with Wei Wei if you are in the market for a BMW. These guys are awesome.

Payed with a cashiers check which typically dealerships let you take it off the lot right then but they made me wait 6 days since I payed for it to get the car because they wanted to wait for the check to clear. when we were there filling out paperwork it took them over an hour to print all the forms out before we were able to sign everything. our sales lady Monica was nice but everything at that dealership took forever.

I just purchased my first BMW this past September - a white 2023 330i. My sales representative, Tomas Cervantes, was such a pleasure to work with. He was informative, transparent, patient, responded quickly, and did not make me feel pressured in any way. He was personable, yet professional. He made my BMW purchase experience an ease. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a BMW dealer. I inquired about a vehicle, they contacted me right away, and paired me up with a great car sales associate Brandon. He had a wonderful personality and was very professional. He made me feel welcomed, important, and he was able to anticipate my needs. During the deal Brandon made it easy because he knew exactly how to seal the deal, it made it so there was not much going back and forth, he got straight to the point, and we were able to work out a great deal that we were all happy with. Once I went to finance Jordan was great, he made me feel comfortable by explaining everything to me l. He had a great personality too. Lastly, he checked for understanding and made sure I knew what every piece of paper I was signing meant. Lastly, I was given a free gift and it was beautiful. I felt so valued. I would definitely buy another car from BMW Monrovia again.

Everything went very well. My sales rep was great. When I first ordered my Mini, I told him that I would be out of the country until December 11. My Mini arrived before my return, and he made sure that it was kept at the dealer until I returned. Not easy when these cars are in such demand. He took time to be sure I was comfortable driving her and has been responsive with questions I have had since I brought her home.
