Payed with a cashiers check which typically dealerships let you take it off the lot right then but they made me wait 6 days since I payed for it to get the car because they wanted to wait for the check to clear. when we were there filling out paperwork it took them over an hour to print all the forms out before we were able to sign everything. our sales lady Monica was nice but everything at that dealership took forever.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a BMW dealer. I inquired about a vehicle, they contacted me right away, and paired me up with a great car sales associate Brandon. He had a wonderful personality and was very professional. He made me feel welcomed, important, and he was able to anticipate my needs. During the deal Brandon made it easy because he knew exactly how to seal the deal, it made it so there was not much going back and forth, he got straight to the point, and we were able to work out a great deal that we were all happy with. Everything went very well. My sales rep was great. When I first ordered my Mini, I told him that I would be out of the country until December 11. My Mini arrived before my return, and he made sure that it was kept at the dealer until I returned. Not easy when these cars are in such demand. He took time to be sure I was comfortable driving her and has been responsive with questions I have had since I brought her home.
