I had an amazing experience yet again purchasing my second BMW from BMW of Eugene. Ezra was the BEST salesmen I could’ve asked for. I also had the please of doing a test drive with Brandon who also is pretty awesome and he answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I purchased. The whole staff was quite amazing. I have never felt more taken care of going into this establishment. They will always have my business. Thank you BMW of Eugene for yet an another amazing, fun, and super fast vehicle 😉 She is a beauty.

Worked with Mitch and Jake to get SO much done! Traded in my Hummer, got a fantastic 650I, they worked so very hard to get me what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Even offered to refinance my other vehicle, and did so! A+ service, personable, and professional without being overly professional, whilst being "human". Sincerely love these guys and what they have done for me. Time for a new era! ❤️

Isaiah helped me and he did a great job! My first big purchase on their Camaro!! They really helped me work through it and get it done! The car is excellent and never been happier, I will definitely be pointing my friends towards them:)

I still can’t believe she’s mine. Never have I ever been so impressed with an entire staff‘s customer service. From reception, to sales, to financing, to management, every single person I dealt with was so competent, friendly, and fun :-) Ryan helped me with the sale of my car. He was absolutely the reason I pulled the trigger. He went above and beyond in showing me this car, even going the extra mile of pulling it out of the show room so I could test drive. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth- Think the opposite of a pushy car salesman. He was so relatable, I was talking to him like I would my friends! Next up we have James the genius. This guy impressed the crud out of me. Never have I ever had a salesman tell me the features of a vehicle (or anything for that matter) with such passion and excitement! His knowledge blew us away and his absolute love for these vehicles shown through through every one of his explanations. This kid has bought and sold over 100 cars personally by age 23! He is only going up from here :-) Who on earth could make financing fun? Anne at BMW! We were cracking up within two minutes of sitting down and were almost too busy having fun to actually sign anything! She’s a lovely, sweet, force to be reckoned with and knew the ins and outs of the back-end perfectly. (Ann, I haven’t forgotten about your green house!) Last, but surely not least, is Jim the manager. Jim was with me from the first phone call I made to BMW to handing me the keys to my new X4. He loves his job and he loves life and it just radiates out of him every time he talks. I would put a lot more compliments in here about him, but I am certain he’s heard them all before and I don’t want his head to get too big;) He was born to make people happy, both customers and his staff :-) If I could give them all six stars, I would- No need to look at any other luxury car dealerships – this is the one you want to go to.

Hands down the best service I have had at a dealership. One of the Client Advisors, Will, was such a great help through the buying process. He was upfront in what was going on and very negotiable through the process and made it super fun as well. Very friendly overall and very relatable which made it super easy to talk with him and understand what I needed. The whole team there was great! Matt, Jim, and Jake are some of the best in the business and deserve a ton of credit for the operation that is happening there. 10/10 Will recommend to others and definitely will go out of my way to do service at this dealership just so I can catch up with the guys.

So I had been a lifelong Mercedes fan. I went by there and was told there was a 6 to 9 month wait for a particular larger engine SUV I was interested in. So i went next door and met a wonderful saleswoman named Uva at BMW. Happened to be that they have larger engine SUV immediately available. So I got in one. I was so taken back from driving a high performance BMW and the experience, I bought a new one that night. I couldn’t be happier ! Amazing product , as great of people. Also shout out to Ann finance , super smart, no bull , all a pleasure . Thank you guys

I typically don't ever leave reviews, However after my experience with BMW of Eugene I needed too. I recently moved to the area and had a few questions regarding my BMW that was purchased in another state. I was dreading going to a new dealership thinking I would just be pressured into a new car that I didn't want. Jim Tully was extremely professional and kind. Jim answered all of my questions quickly easily and without giving me a run around. I look forward to purchasing my next new BMW from Jim Tully! Thank you for being so fabulous!

Purchasing my vehicle here was good, not great but good. Taking it in for service has been awful! Service has had my BMW for 2 weeks to fix a tail light and door M-Series light.. Its, not even the amount of time, they've had my car. It's the lack of communication. I've had to reach out to them to get updates on my vehicle. No one from service has called once. I'll never take my car back. Lost a customer.
