You can always tell the way a business is run by the culture of how people who work there present themselves. At BMW of Escondido the people I've dealt with for over a decade are consistently nice, friendly, professional and helpful. That's the part I see, the part I don't see is how the service folks do their job and the evidence of that is my car is always kept in perfect condition and all the service that has ever been performed has been precisely what the my rep, in this case Harris, said it would be. It is far and away the best car dealership I've ever dealt with.

Great service and very professional team. Possible more than my third time coming to BMW of Escondido Service Center and always felt leaving that my car was in great hands. Was happy to get a courtesy car while they took car of the work. Was nice to know that they had me covered and mobile while all the work was being done. Mike was great as always and had me informed of everything going on with my car. Always very considerate and patient with any questions or concerns I had. Super easy to set up an appointment online. Smooth communication throughout the process. Michael was direct in terms of recommended maintenance and cost and not pushy at all. The service was performed on time and not over the quote (in fact, the final bill was about 10% lower than quoted). Of all San Diego area BMW dealerships and service centers this one is by far the cleanest and actually pleasant to visit. The interior is sleek and inviting. They provided a loaner car by default. I will bring my car back for more maintenance.

Customer service was overwhelming amazing. All the way from the manager to the mechanics and the floor staff. Everyone is polite courteous and respectful always trying to take care of your needs as best as they can. very kind and humble individuals. Customer service is a hallmark at this establishment.The mechanics are great always updating the representative about repairs and findings and informing me the best course of action.The representatives are not pushy or trying to push unnecessary repairs. They give you there honest opinion and suggestion and do what they can to work with you.I’ve gone to two on BMW service shops and this one is hands down the best. Request for Micheal he is fantastic and he will take great care of you.

BMW of Escondido provided great customer service on my recent purchase. We were able to negotiate a tentative price and trade over the phone before I drove in. It was nice not to experience the usual back-and-forth that can be so annoying with car buying. My sales representative was friendly, and the finance team was great and professional. I really appreciated how well the sales representative worked with me.

Took my BMW in for a recall notice last week. Mike our service Rep ensured that we experienced zero inconvenience. He was professional and candid throughout both the recall and the reasonable service recommendations. He was able to inform us of options without any pressure. Although we bought this BMW used and outside of warranty mileage we were treated like we bought the flagship model the day prior. This really set the bar for any other service experience. This is an exceptional service department.

Easy to make appointment on website. A quick customer service response as soon as I drive in at service center. Agent clearly communicated today’s service costs. Then contacted me back by call and text as to when to pick up vehicle. Best experience in years with a service center. Website has clear costs for services, so no hidden costs. Agent respected my time checking in and picking up my vehicle. Quickest time at center ever. No delays to find car, complete paperwork and pay cashier. I will return to this service center.

They were so quick to get my car in which was awesome because my extended warranty was about to end. They did a full inspection on the car and fixed whatever they could as part of the warranty which included brakes and rotors and many other things! I didn’t reserve a car to drive home while my car was in the shop but they gave me one last minute. Super appreciate the great customer service and as always the mechanic work is spot on.
