Jenna Ly at BMW of Bellevue was very professional. She helped me throughout the process from test driving the cars to helping me find my dream car. She was also very patient and responsive with all the inquiries. On the day of delivery, Eli stepped in and helped me with all the paperwork and made the process very smooth & seamless. I was happy by the kind of service I received from BMW of Bellevue. There is just one thing that I feel could have made my experience even better - had I also received some add-on accessories for my car, especially the all weather mats as we all know about the uncertain weather of Seattle.

I’ve gone to BMW of Bellevue for some time now, for service on another vehicle of mine. When I went to sales, I was worried someone would say I’m not supposed to be there. As I’ve had negative experiences at other “luxury” car dealerships. Sara Bayou (executive client advisor) though, was wonderful to work alongside. She truly help me feel confident in the research I found and questions I had. Super happy to have the chance to share this purchase with her. The only negative was from the finance dept, when, Ely told me the car would come with a second key, after asking him for one prior to the sale. Guess this will be my first and last purchase with them.

We gave this dealership a 5 star review from the good experience we had with John Lee purchasing our 23 x7. We are now updating this to a 1 star review and will make this review more detailed in the future if there is no resolution with the General Manager we are waiting communication from. They painted a quarter of our vehicle in a random tent in their parking lot without our permission and strongly de-valued our vehicle. This is beyond upsetting and a resolution is pending. Please get back to us as soon as possible BMW of Bellevue.

Got 2022 BMW X5 . Andy Matute was my sales representative. It was such a pleasant experience to work with this guy. And the whole team , treating you like a family. My wonderful lady , ( financial department), she just was amazing. I had the best experience buying a new car. If google had more than 5 stars I would pick the very top one. This dealership goes well with the city of Bellevue. Great service especially my sales advisor Brian Liu. I had never met him before but they way he represented himself as if we had met before. The X7 I purchased is basically an airplane drives on the ground. Full loaded!!! To cut the story short, when I sleep at night all I dream is my new BMW X7 especially at night with all those LED lights all over the car. It’s amazing.

Frank was awesome. He helped me set.up my I4 BMW applications and made sure my brand new i4 was freshly washed. I was well taken care off.

I recently purchased a “new” vehicle (2020 X2) and had a great experience. Moe Khan was my Client Adviser and Courtney Quinn was my Finance Manager - great communication and updates along the way as we went through the purchasing process. They were very quick to answer questions and if they did not have an answer they were quick to dig it up. Thank you very much for an extremely customer-focused purchasing experience!!
